    Terrible customer service , extremely poor support failing fttp install , the problem is plusnet are lev 1 if you have a issue they have to elevate it to open reach , but you have no ability to interact or liaise prior to them turning up . Even though I informed plus net of an exchange connection issue , instead of getting the performance ordered after t weeks of constant back and forth they only offered 150 fttp on a new install 1 mile from exchange, I opted to leave , they then intentionally deleted all records making it impossible to transfer , it took 3 months for my new provider to finally resolve the issues , part of which was me giving the Ont connection code so they could even find it at the exchange , I complained to ofcom about my experience. Never will use them ever again it’s a real shame since I was a vdsl 2 sub for 8 years problem free

    Likely bad signal, try it in a different location if possible.

    yeah we also didnt receive any ethernet cable with ours. Speeds are terrible in our area gonna test some TS9 external antennas, they say we can achieve utp 4.7gbps download and 2gbps upload but im getting barely 15mbps download and 10mbps upload.

    It depends on the router, but it might not, some Vodafone devices are locked.

    I Inserted the SIM and turned it on battery went blue WiFi went blue sms went blue batter went blue after like a good 25/45secs WiFi and status led bars went red and it turned off

    This is slow for you. I get 400-700Mbps (50MB/s-87.5MB/s) Day Down 125Mbps (15.625MB/s) Up and Night sometimes hits 1000Mbps (125MB/s) Down but same upload speeds as day

    Im concerned that your ethernet speeds are so poor. I plan to connect this to my ps5 with ethernet, so the router and ps5 will be quite close to each other. So are you saying its better to connect the ps5 via WiFi?

    I think it was an initial issue with the firmware which Three has since updated.

    Read the Trust pilot reviews and you’ll see a different story, I’m guessing the data you’ve collected was skewed, sky are broadband is by a country mile the worst service I’ve ever had

    You can get a Smarty sim with unlimited data, no contract, £18 a month and they are completely fine with you using it as your main broadband. Not the fastest but I don't need mega speed.

    Been with CF for 2 years. I am moving out and CF is playing hard ball to accept my notice. My contract in expiring in two weeks. I fail to understand why the customer service is so bad. They do not address issues by emails, insist on calling their customer services. The CS staff is always lost wanting to pass customers around. Never call back when they have promised to. I can see this business disappearing which would be sad. It started with a good service and now is sinking.

    Yes it will work - make sure to plug into the router with an Ethernet cable to get the lowest ping possible.

    They have updated the modem to v2 by the way. I wouldn't recommend this over fibre if you use it for gaming though if you do have access to fiber

    all this 35mbs 65mbs and 150mbs of download is crap, download any app or something like garmin routes a video and watch the top right of your computer and i`m lucky to get over 6mbs download. speed test says 32mbs every single time

    These typically do not work when trying to set them up with thr information on the device. These Huawei guys are driving away customers by creating bad products.

    Yep it’s supposed to be 60mbps but it’s on under 1mbps most the time and can’t even load KZread it’s an embarrassment of a company and shouldn’t have even thought of creating a broadband.

    I want to clear some things up, EE does not forcefully cap your speeds on your sim card. You can choose which mobile plan you like. You can pay £10 p/m for 10mbps, £13 p/m for 100mbps and £19p/m for no speed caps + a smart benefit

    The three router isn’t Free you have to return it after the deal or you will be charged and it’s not unlocked so it isn’t as good as it looks You aren’t buying the router you paying for the sim

    We never said you get to keep it. The point is the offer saves you from having to pay a few hundred pounds for a router separately.

    My "Three 4GPlus MiFi" device (surely you could have thought of an actual name for it) hs decieded to not do WiFi. It used to but because I have extremely poor reception I have to keep resetting it. Thus when I have missed the opportunity to click the allow WiFi option it has decieded to not allow any such thing. How do I reset this? Tried customeer support. No answer, obviously why expend money on existing customers?

    Virgin media are seriously bad news when you want to close your account that's when they start getting very unpleasant indeed as I and a few people I know have experienced including starting debt recovery procedures for money they are not owed ( and I mean not owed ) it seems they need to punish you just for wanting to close your account !

    It's totally rubbish my WiFi goes off all the time they tried to charge me £40 a month rather than my agreed £23.99 trying to sort it out was, a nightmare to be honest....... Never again

    I don't know why your upload is so slow. I tested my 4G speed with my phone and get nearly 300 down and 25 up with a ping of 22ms. I am looking at getting one of these to replace my existing FTTC DSL line but the upload speed I see in this and other videos I have looked at makes me wonder about upload speed. I currentl get around 64 down and 17 up.

    If you can test Three 5G on your phone (or a friend's) that should give you a good idea. The 5G Hub can always be returned as well if you're not happy with the upload speed.

    I have just got this router I had the 4G hub and now that I have this when I finally get 5G connectivity in my area it will definitely be a lot faster as I'm already seeing an improvement
