Having lost both our oldest sons, we understand your pain, we pray for your wounded hearts and your healing. We also understand the fact that we DO need God, we DO need other people ~as Cody said. It's impossible for anyone to grasp what losing a child does to the soul, nor do we wish that others ever will. Outliving your child is an unnatural occurance, it throws our world completely out of balance, out of order. Once the initial, crushing waves of grief begin to subside- even a little- that is when God's hand can be felt, His peace can begin to soothe the rough edges of such devastation. Yet we are here, still in this heavy, human existence & must wade through the "new normal" people label our lives. The pain never leaves, we forever mourn the loss of a future with and for that child. There is no ther way but through Christ who strengthens us... even then, it's unstable and/or impossible for many to bear. Your generosity & thoughtfulness in wanting to share your daughter's life is a testament of many sorts. May every effort continue to be blessed, to be protected and multiplied~ in Jesus' name.Dan & Samantha Whitson

I couldn’t speak as you were telling your story. It’s worse than the worst nightmare I could imagine. Thank you for so bravely and selflessly sharing to help others. The generosity and kindness of your friends had me in tears.

-Mexico's Lady President . It was reported their were 17 assignations on president candidates. I wouls leave that country. She also said something about the drug cartels to mind their own business and not hers. Thant sounds like she is paying money fo safety. Corrupted Government to the kids washing windshields is not a place to be. Take notice of those fleaing 24/7 from there.

I’m just coming across your story and I’m terrified my grown daughter with her 2 babies ages 5 & 3 are going to Mexico with the girls Dad and his family in August and I have no say. They have told her they will be in a place that is safe and secure…. It’s Mexico anything can happen. I keep praying for Jesus to be with them and keep them safe. Anyone reading this say a prayer for safety for all of them to come back safe. ✝️🧎🏻‍♀️

I cannot believe what you went through in Mexico. Thank you for telling your story and warning us about the problems, control and lack of good medical care in Mexico. All about money. Crazy. We should not support countries like this with our money and booking vacations. It may be beautiful but it's also hell if you have a medical issue. I'll never go to Mexico, never. No desire.so sorry for your loss.

You will get a huge bill for medical services in the US too, if you don’t have insurance! When you go on vacation abroad you have to get travel medical insurance, otherwise this is what happens.

At the very least Americans should be given a travel advisory by our federal government. Citizens and especially parents need to have enough information to be able to make informed decisions.
