I am so so sorry for your horror story. My son was diagnosed at 18 his senior year in highschool. His blood sugar was in the 800. The doctor told us he couldn't believe he was alive and especially able to talk to him. God bless you all! I will never visit mexico again! I have heard to many good kind people being horribly treated by them! Even at the resorts!

I’m so so sorry this happened to you☹️There is no loss like the loss of a child. I lost a daughter to congestive heart failure 11 years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you. 🫶🏻

I am so sorry to you are going through such pain. My son was diagnosed at 12 also and although I spotted the signs two years later he stopped taking his insulin (denial, teenager and unfortunately lying to me) he had keto acidosis and was very sick but in our case in the U.K. it was dealt with. I to hope that the pain we go through can raise awareness for others. May God bless you both richly with a peace and true healing with your grief. Xxx

This just reinforces my not wanting to go to Mexico. Money talks there.
