This is the official channel of "hegelpd". We post video of conferences and interwies in order to share these experiences and, so, to encourage discussions around philosophical questions.
Hegelpd is the blog of the classical German philosophy research group at the PhD School in Philosophy at the University of Padua. The group, led by Luca Illetterati, Francesca Menegoni and Antonio Maria Nunziante, carries on a tradition started fifty years ago by Franco Chiereghin.
The website is a space for sharing resources, news and contributions for all those interested in these topics. We will provide updated news about events, workshops, conferences, calls for papers, publications and bibliographies related to classical German philosophy, as well as events involving our research group.
The blog is intended as a resource for all scholars, students and people interested in classical German thought and its relevance to contemporary philosophical (and cultural) debates.

Also, I would like to add, that, Biological time Is simply an iterative fold within physical time; similar to how meaningless time is a non-iterative fold within meaningful time; for Hegel would argue, that denial of meaning is in itself an absolute meaning (absolute - hence non iterative)

Grande lezione del Professore Remo Bodei , che ci presenta un Hegel come deve essere inteso e non per formule astratte. Molto bella l'introduzione metodologica, che trova la sua formulazione nella " Einleitung -Vorrede della Fenomenologia dello spirito, con la metafora della gemme, del fiore e del frutto Meno preciso è il riferimento alla musica. Hegel ama Rossini non perché un sottoposto "suona il chitarrino" al conte, non è ancora il momento. E' vero che l'opera "Il barbiere di Siviglia " è di Beaumarchais ma è del 1775; lo stesso Beaumarchais scrive " Le mariage de Figaro" , con gli stessi personaggi ma nel 1784, in pieno illuminismo europeo,, anche nell'impero, dove Da Ponte e Mozart possono impunemente prendere in giro il conte, perché circolano le nuove idee ( cfr Lidia Bramani, Mozart massone e rivoluzionario, Mondadori e ,soprattutto , Le nozze di figaro ,iL Saggiatore) e perché, in fondo, è "un contino" di scarsa importanza .Beaumarchais scrive una trilogia con gli stessi personaggi: la terza opera è La mère coupable del 1792 in piena Rivoluzione francese , non musicata. Come si vede ,tre epoche ben diverse. Rossini non è affatto un rivoluzionario e "il barbieri di Siviglia è un mero " divertissement " , a differenza delle Nozze di figaro di Mozart. Hegel vede il Tancredi di Rossini a Vienna , che aveva fatto impazzire Stendhal. Hegel ama Rossini quando vede "L'italiana in Algeri" , puro divertimento, suono e canto fini a séstessi(cfr., Hegel, Lezioni di estetica, , Laterza, pagg254-255) . Un grande erudito, che dal 1992 va ripetendo, però, sempre le stesse cose, facendo attenzione a non esplicitare tutte le conseguenze rivoluzionarie della filosofia di Hegel. Da vero perbenista, accenna (dal min. 17.00 in poi) alla critica mossa da Hegel al capitalismo, senza mai chiamare il sistema capitalistico col suo vero nome. Merita il pollice verso.

Wow, that was very hard to understand. Trying close to my best possible effort, and I could only understand bits and pieces. They weren't very small bits in pieces, so maybe one should say I wasn't listening to some bits and pieces. I listened more than I didn't, but anyway to final outcome was a partial understanding, and at some points complete disorientation as to what the line of thought of the moment it. At times it gets even worse, when the people at the table in the back become more agitated. Thanks for uploading this, though, I learned some interesting things about a subject I knew very little about: the history of dialetheism.

Und Marx hat das genau gesehen, deshalb braucht es auch keine Naturphilosophie mehr bei Marx. Nur, wo finde ich die spekulative Naturphilosophie bei Fichte? Habe sie noch nicht gefunden! Ja, die Rechtsphilosophie Hegels, seine Theorie von Staat und Souveränität, ist eine rechte Erlösung von den selbstgestrickten Gespenstern der Zeit. Deshalb verstehe ich auch nach 25 Jahren nicht, warum Herr Quante mich dazu aufforderte mich für Jung- oder Althegelianer zu entscheiden ("Du musst ..."). Lest die von Bonsiepen herausgegebenen Vorlesungen zur Naturphilosophie, beachtet die Aufhebung der Tragheit, der Äüßerlichkeit, in Fall und Gravitation, meditiert den Begriff der beschleunigten Bewegung, lernt die Keplerschen Gesetze, dann habt ihr für alles andere eine Art Minisystem, einen Einstieg in die Naturphilosophie und in das Ganze!
