Hi Sam, I have an Audi Q3 (2017). Looks just like the one in this video. The MMI display shows all the options. While the radio & bluetooth works just fine, the navigation and option to play music doesn't work. No SD card is in the slots as well. Which SD card am I supposed to plug in? should I have something in the SD card? should it be from Audi? they said it would cost 400$ for the SD card.

I had my 2021 GLE 350 in for 24 month service on 8/09/2023. The following day I noticed that the MBUX system was really slow to load. About 1-2 minutes before the Mercedes logo goes away and I can pick a user profile. During this time the radio is silent as well. What I have observed is that the Mercedes logo initially appears and just sits there for a long period (1 or 2 minutes). At some point, the screen goes black for a couple seconds and then returns to the Mercedes logo and then loads normally. The Navigation app failed to load as well, and remains down. Although this appears to be a software issue, the dealer tells me they have tried three times yesterday to reset and/or upgrade. They said they would continue to work on it today. The car is still under warranty, so it's theirs till it's fixed.
I hope they'll be able to solve it for good

Ok, so highlight (in blue) the right instrument gauge with the steering wheel button. Than scroll in the long list of options until you find the rev meter. Or you can change the Theme to Classic.

Hi, well in the Bluetooth Menu it should having a name menu, if you click on it if should allow you to change. If not I'm afraid it is not possible.

A means autohold feature. Basically you don't need to stand on a break while you're on a traffic light or at the stop

Pull the lever back a notch and it's in sport mode (fantastic for uphill overtakes). 🙂

Hi I’ve Audi q3 2018. I imported music from the sd card to jukebox. But after I modified song names of the album , deleted the same album from jukebox, I imported the same album , it won’t recognize the new names and still playing from cache the old songs. Anyway to clear out cache?
After I stopped car for shopping, and restarted car, the cache is gone, so I was able to import music with new names .
Unfortunately you seem to have a very unique sort of a problem which I can't help you with.
Hi Sam, just a simple question.My son got a Q3, 2014. production. As we can see there is bluetooth installed in MMI, but NAV is not available. Is it enough to purchase SD card and simply to insert or we have to go to AUDI car center to make some software changes? Thanks in advance
Hi, yes I think you should be good with an SD card. They best way would be to borrow one from someone's else Q3 to make sure it's functioning 😄. One more question is, if you have these thicker bezels as I in the video or thinner ones.

@@SamuelDrives Samuel, the Nav will work without adding any soft? I have 2018 Q3 with what Edin described - thick frame display with Bluetooth and no nav. If I insert an sd card with Nav data instead of music, the head unit will read the maps? How?

Hi, the km/h cluster becomes bigger when you don't have navigation actived. Hopefully this helped, if not let me know

Hi, my bad you are right only A8 has laser scanner, on Q7 they are radar based. On your second remark I can't agree more with you 😄, however it's better to have them actived when when someone is gonna be on phone (which is of course illegal)

Mercedes has just filled the gap with the EQS. I'm a former Tesla owner now. I traded it for a 450+. 418 mile range self-drives on par or better than my Tesla did. It's plenty fast too. This is a car for grown-ups who want every possible creature comfort, class, quiet cabin, great build quality, long battery range with brick and mortar dealerships in every town... For the record, I didn't leave the Tesla family....Tesla left me!

I'm afraid that you have to buy a OBDII adapter and programme it in, if its not pre installed. There are no settings directly in the MMI to turn it on.
