  Hello, I want to try to make Greek bread. I have a nice, big active starter I keep for Rye Sourdough bread. Can I use my rye sourdough starter instead of the yeast? Will the sourdough starter change the taste?

  I don’t know if there are different kinds but it is not wildly grown. I have planted it many years ago and it gives plenty of oregano every year. I guess Greek one has a unique taste and aroma!🥰 Hope that helps. 🙏🏻😇

  I rinse the bush with water 1 to 2 days and let it dry before I cut it. That’s all it needs. 🙏🏻🥰

  Hello. I made this recipe last Easter. It looks fabulous and I thought it was perfect, BUT, it was VERY dry. Can you please help. I followed the recipe precisely. I bought all fresh ingredients, I bought a scale to make sure I was using the exact amounts. Thank you
