one of the videos he made about satisfactory (i think the one where he made a death cannon from hypertubes) shows his work is genuine. he gets a notification mid-video about his playtime milestone of 22 hours. he doesn't use creative mode. he's just the most patient dude in the world.

Couldn't you just have a series of yes or no questions for that space game are thing Are you inside yes or no? Yes: you have air. No: Are you wearing a spacesuit yes or no Yes: activate whatever air system your game has. No: begins taking suffocation damage.

I was a beta tester for this. Between the constant updates and general buggynes that game is interesting and I have hight hopes for this. And no you won't find my name in the credits I missed the email for it

About the potentially juicy interior of the crash site, maybe the FITXIT (or whatever it is) employees are robots or high conversion cyborgs. Our "guy" as is so shrouded by their worksuit that it could be anything under there, human or robot, male or female. Or a combination thereof. Personally I get a feeling of femaleness because our character is kinda hippy when you see them 3rd person. But it's deliberately tabula rosa.

drones are not vehicular chaos you cannot drive a drone. you can control a drone but you cannot drive one so it can't be a vehicle there for it is also not vehicular chaos

Assuming you haven't played this yet, you can estimate how long initial automation takes right there... the two Tier 1 machines plus pipes would maybe be about 1000 "c"s, Josh got a gold nugget for 11, so just imagine doing enough panning to make that, including any iron pieces which would be worse less. Modifying if you choose to dig down (which means buying a pickaxe I think?) where better loot awaits. Personally I can't d games like this at all anymore. Realized life is too short, etc, for games which force any kind of semi-mindless hours of labor or grinding. At least once you automate there's the more stimulating process of designing and optimizing your "digging engine" and using vehicles. Course then there's the hours of driving to the store for parts and delivering them. THey could make this game a hundred times more fun by offering parts delivery, maybe even make a character that's fun and memorable to deliver them! A freaking steampunk water-driven airship floats overhead. "Got 'nother one for ya guvnah!" our friend in the sky calls as he drops us another pallet of pipes, for a small fee of course. For the ultimate in amazing, do a crossover with Death Stranding. I don't know how it would work, I'm not the details guy. Anyway the star of the game would roll up with a comedically huge stack of boxes on his back. Tell me that isn't a people pleasing idea.

He actually doesn't use creative. He talked about this in another video I think, but he uses lots of nets from a raft far away so you can't see it to get all the materials.

As a fellow PNWer, I agree it's very pretty here in the spring. I just wish it wouldn't wage war on my lungs as much as it does. ^^; I hope your project finishes up well! Edit: I know some of those unidentified plants! The "other fern" is a fiddler fern, if I remember rightly; the spikey dinosaur shoot was always called a horsetail in my area growing up, and a google search shows that to be correct; the forest floor ground flower is a bleeding heart, and they are super pretty when you get a big patch of them, all bright green with neon pops of purple; tiny flowers on the side of the trail are (I believe) Johnny Jump-Ups. I wish I could say for sure which fir/pine that is, but it's SO hard without seeing a pinecone. We have a few native short needle evergreens around. RIP baby Maple tree, probably sugar or broadleaf.
