Jeff, I'm so glad you're enjoying the story and the art. David B. Mattingly did the original illustration for the story but for this reading, I'm using Hotpot.ai. Of course, Mattingly’s illustrations would have been best, but there are too few to pair with each reading so I chose to generate art instead. If I can generate enough support in my Patron, I hope you be able to commission artists in the future to illustrate my readings. For now though, I'll have to make do with AI. Thanks for the question and thanks for the support!

Fellowship is my favorite LoTR book. I particularly enjoyed the first half, before they get to Rivendale. Thanks for bringing this snippet to life!

She definitely did! Now my challenge is to bring out her characterization of him in my reading. It's a high bar, but her spot-on portrayal of our favorite adventuring archeologist makes it a lot easier!

Yeah! I love the new format. Hearing the story in one block just seems right, and the artwork you chose helped bring the story to life! Time to teach those kidnappers a lesson 👊. 🔥 🔥 🔥

These are great, man! It must take all week for your voice to recover from doing that gnoll voice! 😂 This scene has one of my favorite illustrations in the whole book. ⚔️

Peter, I'm just now noticing this reply. Thanks for the compliment and, yeah, these voices do take their toll. I get such a kick out of bringing the story to life though it's worth it. And yeah, these illustrations are fire, especially the one of Belcher with the battle axe 🔥

Since bugbears are very good tacticians, I think it’s unlikely that I will survive this situation. However, if I can pretend to be a goblin since I can speak goblin, and I am wearing goblin apparel Maybe I can follow his orders long enough to escape

My goodness, you’re so clever! I had completely forgotten Brion speaks Goblin 😮 Also, thanks for being the first ever to vote for a path on my KZread channel 🎉 Thanks for taking the lead and making this an engaging space 👏👏👏
