Hey Chris, Wanted to ask about what helped you the most with the squat. Was it the upgraded HD springs, or the airbags? And did the springs compromise any ride quality without carrying the cell?
@benzfanatical20 күн бұрын
Hey thanks for the comment! I think that to add this kind of weight and not impact the ride, you need both springs and bags. I did the springs first and it just wasn't enough. With the camper off, the springs feel great on the truck. It needed stiffer springs imo.

You mention you are currently at 100k how are you still covered by ford on your cam phasers. I’m assuming they extended warranty? But how long and what year. I watched your video when you had 180k miles do you still have truck or at what point did you part away. Thanks

The camper is pretty wide. It’s about as wide as the flared fenders on the truck. The interior is surprisingly large when it’s unpacked. There are two beds… the roll over couch, which you can use diagonally. And the main bed, which slides out over the kitchen area to be a king size. You do sleep sideways in relation to the truck’s seating position. The bed is nice… depending on which position, it’s a full, queen, or king size. Regular sheets fit it, and I added a memory foam topper for a little extra back comfort.
