Randyl Tarly ( Samwell Tarly's Father) according to the books was a very formidable fighter ( I don't know if his weapon of choice was a sword) . He was so formidable that the books recorded him as the only Lord that defeated Robert Baratheon ( during the era of Robert's rebellion against the mad king) in single combat and Young Robert Baratheon was a monster-at-arms who forced many warriors to yield to his battle axe!
This was brilliantly edited, and put together. Tyrion was my favourite character in the books, and he was perfectly cast, and Peter Dinklage's performance was outstanding, especially in the first 4 seasons.

Sad really 😢 he went from most hated to most loved with his redemption arch. I hate the way his story ended. I wish they gave him a larger part in the end and the king slayer became the queen slayer and stoped further blood shed. They could have kept the story close to what they had but it would have been nice to see him die the hero we knew he could be and not back slide and fall victim to more incest love once again. At least should have ended up at Breanna’s side against Cersei? Oh well we still have a few good season with him…
