Thank you Roy and the shout out
Thanks for the shoutout, Roy. Good luck with the draw.🍀👍🦊
Somewhere in the comments if you look ard enough 🕺
FOUND YA!!!!!!!!
Thank you Roy, very good of you to include me 👍👍👍👍
Everyone I have with a sticker got included. I couldn't just pick five, I would have rather not entered. So the only fair way for me was to give everyone a shoutout that I have a sticker for. Although I am sure I have more stickers than that. 🙃
Great entry for LadyLocks 5K, Roy! Great shoutouts! All wonderful people and pickers! Congrats to LadyLocks again and good luck in her draw!
If I had more stickers every single one would have gotten a shoutout. Thanks for dropping in to comment.
Great shout out list
Cheers! All my stickers got a shoutout 😂
Awesome channels 🥳 wonderful entry 👏👏👍🐾🐈⬛🍻👍
I'm sure I have more stickers somewhere. Yes indeed every single one of them 😉
Lovely shartarts Royston!

Awww thank you good sir... miss your vids.
🤑🤑 impressioning foil companies hate you for this simple trick 🤣 Thanks for sharing this!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Cheers LockFumbler for the laugh.
Thank you I am definitely going to make one
This is a great idea. I wondered what the other piece of metal was for. I was just using it to straighten out good ones, hadn't thought to revitalize the others. Thanks for this video, cheers
Yes it's used to make new foils or press down foil before you insert it. And as shown to repair used foils and revitalise then. 😉👍
I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has subscribed to my channel. Thank you for watching and commenting on my videos. I very much appreciate you all, thank you 😉👍
Always up for recycling or re purposing. Thanks for sharing. Shame its hit and miss on hetting that tool in the kit. Wheres the kit from may i ask? Also, is it trickier to use with pins down? Have a great weekend buddy 🤜🤛👍😁
I think most kits come with the tools. I have a video coming soon showing off some homemade tools to repurpose the foils. In including them in my giveaway kits too..... oh bit of a giveaway there as to what's coming in future kits 😉. I usually get my kits from Wish, banggood or Aliexpress. I have noticed that Temu are also starting to get more and more locksport tools. As for pins down, yes I have found it a bit trickier to insert. Once it's in it doesn't matter. You to good sir. 🙂👍
@@roysammons2445 nice, thanks for the info Roy, appreciate it 🙏👍
@@Nicks-Picks🙂👍
Well done as always Roy Thanks for sharing another great video mate Hope all is well 🙏
Thanks for dropping in Mur-Lock68 , why waste them when they can be reused. Life sucks sometimes but hey, we think positive and press on. 😉👍
I would have never thought you could re-use these. Very neat to see Roy👍🏻👍🏻 Have a good weekend my friend
I reckon up to 80% of foils can be reused at least once after the first use. Money is tight these days so why not save a bit of cash. 😉👍 You to my friend
Sssswweeettt i have tossed many if these, very useful info Royston!
I tend to save all the foils after use and periodically go through then to see what can be reused. Surprisingly around 8 out of 10 can be reused at least once. It's surprising how many foils you can go through experimenting so for me this is a no brainer. 🙂👍
Very cool!!😎 👏👍😅🐈⬛🐾🍻
Isn't it... 😉 I tend to chuck all the used foils in a small jar then every now and then go through them and repair what I can. 🙂👍
Great idea, I never thought about this recycling idea…
Depending on the abuse given to the foils most can be reused. I just save them and every now and then go through them and salvage what I can. Surprisingly it's around 8 out of 10. 🙂👍
Waste not only ant not. I shall remember this as I have the same foil kit. Thanks for this great tip! 👍🦊
Hi Jack: I chick all my used foils in a jar and for time to time I go through them salvaging what I can, which is usually most of them. It's surprising how quick that jar can fill so every one saved is a bonus. 😉👍
Heck yeah! Saving money is always a sweet idea! That be t of kits a must! Especially if your doing lots of these picks. Very cool to watch👏👏🤘😎‼️
With the amount of money you could spend in Locksport every little bit helps. 😉👍
Nice money saving tip there Roy, Waste not want not.🕺
We all like to save a bit of cash and when practising and experimenting with foil impressioning you can't half go through foils. So if you can save most to refuse a couple of times that's a big win in my books. Cheers Brett good sir 😉👍

Some very nice tools roy, impressive work 👏 would love to try levers one of these days
Thank you. Those last ones that work like a 2 in 1 are just rough prototypes but hopefully at some point I can perfect them. I am hoping to make some and add them to future giveaways. Talking of giveaways I will be doing one soon, you should have a go at winning one of my EDC kits.
Very awesome video !!
Thank you very much. Just some ideas I had been tinkering around with. Those two in one type picks I really do need to perfect them a some point. They do work and work reasonably well, they just need a bit of tweaking to get them working 100%. Cheers for dropping in and commenting 🙂👍
Nothing is that safe and secure as I wanted to place these on my home whilst I’m away
Soo many tools 😲 Amazing! Thanks for sharing this overview and good luck in the giveaway! 🍀🍀
Thank LockFumbler. Just playin' around with some bits of brass and wire 😉
Nice selection of work tools Roy
Thanks Derek. Feels good when something you make works and it opens up a lock. It's always good fun too playing around in the workshop. 🙂👍
Love seeing everything you've made, and how it's evolved. Like the idea of the groove down the middle. I really need to do some making 😂
I copied Brummies bent nail tension wrench idea and if anyone has done it, although it works well the pick wire moves a lot. So I thought, what if I make a groove instead of just a flat? And it works!!! Holds the wire steady. Granted it's a bit more effort to make than just filing a flat, but it's so worth it. Cheers 🙂👍
I love all of your tools. They are so useful and beautifully made.
Very kind words thank you. When I'm happy with something I have made I try to make it look reasonable. At some point those 2 in 1 lever lock picks will be tweaked, tidied up and stuck in with my giveaways. Cheers LockChuck 🙂👍
Nice collection of homemade tools 👍
That wasn't them all but I may just be a little embarrassed putting my pile next to yours Brummie 😂
Thank you Roy, great entry, I really must try that foil idea 👌👍
Thanks Paul. Those foil impressioning tools open cheap and mid range locks. I am working on getting some higher quality locks open with them. Go on give it a go LPP 😉
@@roysammons2445 got a few keys I'm going to run across the mill and see how that goes, love a little project 👍👍

Lovely Homemade Tools Roy and I do like a homemade tool . All the best to you and yours and Jolly Good Luck in the draw 🍀 🍀 🍀 🍀 🍀
Thank you Tinnie old bean. There's something about getting a lock open with a homemade tool. A sense of achievement. 😉👍

Thats awesome roy! Great entry!!👏👏🤘😎‼️goodluck on your entry! He is definitely flying threw subs! Great channel! If i could sub five time for ya roy I’d do ten🤷🏼😜🤣. But I can sneak on both the girls profiles and sub up…. She would just love getting more lockpicking in her feed. Funny little uses her profile and likes all my videos, then they replace her music line up. So when she playing music relaxing every once in awhile ya hear my entro blasting to the world and her cussin🤣👏👏😝. I just die laughing everytime🤷🏼. Think would be even funnier to hear yours blast across the house oneday 🤔 🤣
Thank you good sir. That story is hilarious, I can see you cracking up with laughter 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. A while back we had bought one of those Bluetooth connectors that attaches in the car. We couldn't get it to connect so gave up. Whilst visiting our daughter and family in Hereford UK she asked as we were leaving how it was doing. I said that it just wouldn't connect, so she leaned in through the window and twiddled with it. Suddenly her neighbours music he was playing in his garden through his Alexa started blasting out the music on my wife's phone 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I bet that confused him. Gave us a laugh all the way home on that three and half hour journey 😂😂😂. Sending ear rubs to your pooch.
Love seeing tools you’ve made. You have quite a knack for it. Sadly I don’t share that ability.
Very kind words thank you. I used to watch my old dad making model aircraft and steam engines when I was a lad. 🙂👍
Always awesome tools Roy!!! 😀👍👏🐾🐈⬛🍻
Thanks Chris, yours aren't bad either. At some point I must have a go at copying your homemade 2 in 1. Missing your videos Chris, hope your doing OK 🙏🏻

Always love seeing all your great homemade gear Roy!
Thanks Jeff, some are prototypes that I made ages back. I need to start getting them working better and include them in my giveaways. 🙂👍
VERY nice stuff royston i admit i went a similar route developing my universal dimple and banham tools but i cant show either of them as both are now blackbagged pending me not getting ripped off again!
Thank you. Those front followers you made are something else, quality tools on another level. Those tools sound interesting, all the best with your patent.
@@roysammons2445 Ta mate its a bit more complex than people imagine it cost a fortune doesn't offer much protection so i have tried something new this time life keeps getting in the way but hopefully new materials can prevent pinching!

Your padlock picks are legendary, I hope to own one one day 😉, It’s nice to see you expanding on the idea for lever locks, it will be nice to see the finished article, Anyway, good luck mate 🕺
Cheers Brett. The 2 in 1 lever lock picks was a bit of an idea I had to try and make simple picks that aren't that difficult to make. At some point I need to perfect them and slip some into my giveaways. These ones look a bit rough as they are just working prototypes. My padlock picks are in almost every giveaway kit (and I have made quite a few) so you just need the luck of the Irish 😉 Appreciate all your support good sir.

I once took one of these apart and ended up with bits all over the floor. Took me ages to get it back together again! Great video, well explained, don’t worry about the length.
Very nice pick indeed, it reminds me a little bit of one of my favourite picks, the reach. ;-)
I've always said that a curved pick blade is very effective. Yes it's a great profile and works well. 🙂👍
I did enjoy watching this prize draw, well done to all that entered into it ;-)

Love the variation from the handle to the “blade”. Great pick Paul!
Yes it's a cracker, Paul's done a fabulous job on the whole design of this pick. 🙂👍
Thank you Roy, really glad you like it, looking forward to seeing the first open with it👍👍👍👍, by the way set the comments view to newest first and some more people will show up in the thread, here is something youtube weirdness going on
Firstly let me publically thank you for sending me the Katana. I know how much time it takes to make picks and to make them well takes even longer. I love the grippy handle, you'll have to explain how you do that. Brett had mentioned to me several videos back about clicking the Newest button and hidden comments are revealed, KZread need to fix that. I keep forgetting and when I remember I go back over videos to check. Must be my age 😂 Cheers for the pick Paul, it looks awesome and I'm looking forward to opening some locks on camera with it. Part of me doesn't want to damage it in any way so I will reluctantly be slipping it into some locks 😂.
My entry into your video is my weekend video 😉 I finally got round to doing it.
@@roysammons2445 Awesome, looking forward to seeing it 👍👍
@@roysammons2445 Thank you Roy, just pleased you like it, it's nice to give back. I'll probably do a 'making of' video once the college breaks for summer as I've still got a couple of these to make, just need some more steel blanks, I've found the pick will take more abuse than it looks capable of, still I also think it forces you to be a bit more gentle. I've found it a bit of a learning curve but once I'd dialed in on it then the results were good 👍👍
