This was sooo great to watch - thanks so much for sharing your play though. I played this game back in the day when in first came out and it was a joy to revisit it through your experience. The Goron section of the moon I awaited with great anticipation as it almost broke me when I played it. Pretty sure it took a couple of weeks of extreme frustration before I accidentally discovered the deal was not to steer at all! Jesus effing Christ! I took gleeful consolation in your struggle....it was pretty funny. Cheers

I hope during your playthrough you also used those muddle buds that confuse the enemy. Those are quite funny to use in such monster camps :)
Fusion gets a lot of crap for being linear, but I think its linear structure is actually one of its greatest strengths. It is able to tell a more cohesive story, and it ties the linearity into the theme, where Samus is regaining her lost agency throughout the game. The SA-X is able to go wherever it wants because it represents Samus's lost power. By the end of the game, you can overpower it, and you can break through the barriers of the linear structure. It's great storytelling through gameplay.

You said you were a gamer right? That shrine was one of the easiest shrines in the game.
It looks really good, but i hope there will be an animation or effects between switching the dresses, to make look more smooth. It looks a bit weird, when you have instant your new dress. :D I also wish a bit more details in the open world to explore (things you can find, speaking with some npcs in the wild, a bit more secrets...). But also some motivation to get stronger and a bit challenging bosses or mobs. But the artstyle, the base of the game and ideas look really nice.
