$1000?! Out of your minds.
Very nice looking system.
Hi what’s the jacket you are wearing ?
How do you change it
almost EUR800 is ridiculous
Hello, what happen 5°C winter ? Thanks
Fick hem min 50 liter ryggsäck för ett tag sen och har tränat med den ett tag men nu i helgen fick jag testa den på riktigt. Något av mina bästa köp, rekommenderar starkt
Is there a waterproof shell for the Corinthia Defense 4?
there is a corinthia bivy bag, but i also have a snugpak special forces bivy that works
do you ship to Wyoming USA??
Very interesting backpack. For clarity the main compartment is 100 liters or it's with the Lid (15 liters) I assume the side pocket are not counted (15 Liters) each, so at the end we have 145 liters or 130 ? cheers
Did u find the answer 😅 ?! I need to know to ^^
Ok review however it would’ve been so much better to see it being set up and used outdoors rather than on a desk in a store. We still have no real idea what it looks like in use.
A spatula & tongs are nice to have in the same space as a spoon or spork. The added tool on both is a handy bonus. Clever design.👍
Man har tydligen spegevänt hela dragjedjelösningen sedan denna film. Kan vara bra att veta om man inte har den absolut nyaste säcken.
I'm searching for a bivy which could house me (190cm tall bloke) and my dutch shepherd (38kg, big bitch). This one seems quite big, but then there is no more space for a backpack is there? Don't worry, me and my dog sleep under 1 person blanket as well (with her legs sticking out), we are conditioned to fit like that, almost like a jigsaw. we are maybe as small as one really big fat guy. would this suffice you think, or are there specific items for that circumstance? 1,5 person bivy bag would be perfect probably.
Yeah but it doesn't have a place the hood once you take it off, should have integrated it into underneath the collar. Missed that I'm amazed you guys didn't think about this feature...
Apparently you can actually hide it under the collar, for some reason he just didn't show it
What Carinthia jacket are you wearing beneath??
"Hey, I'm considering getting the Model Snigel 15-20L All Pack 2.0 along with the Snigel 100L Mission Backpack. Before making the purchase, I'd love to know if someone could create a video demonstrating how to attach the 15-20L All Pack 2.0 to the 100L Mission Backpack. Would appreciate your assistance before I buy both. Thanks!"

I would disagree about the chest area. I am an average size guy and I feel like it’s a little snug in the shoulders. I have the us mss system. And the defense 4 in combo with the Tropen. The us mss gives me more space inside with clothes . The carinthia it’s a little warmer than the mss. It also packs smaller than the mss. It’s also extremely light. If the carinthia had more shoulder space it would blow all other sleep systems out of the water but with how tight it is in the shoulders and arm area makes me use the mss over my carinthia when it’s really really cold out.
How would you compare this against something like the Savotta Jääkäri XL with the side pouches?
Same question I was thinking.
Eta kibabe kinbo
i fo shoo aint gonna confess no nothin but maybe i been using tropen on the outside 🤣🤣
I used my Defence 4 and Tropen together for the first time this weekend. It was only -5.7C, I was wearing 200 weight merino top and bottom and I still woke up cold and had to put on a down jacket. My sleeping mats had a combined R Value of 6.2. Was expecting to be toasty warm. What am I doing wrong?
That’s odd I have the exact same set up and I was extremely warm in -5F with a -30F windchill. But I will say the us modular sleep system has more room making it more comfortable
As long as you've eaten, and done some phys so you get in hot, it keeps you that way in my experience
Sleeping undressed in a sleeping bag is the best way to stay warm. Only wearing underwear and socks for example is what I do, and keeps by toasty all night.
I carry one of their knives every day
You can really tell this is the result of years of experience and user feedback. Great work 👍
Awesome
holy smokes if that Winnebago doesn't put a target on your back I don't know what will "hey buddy you carrying a Home Depot in that pack" waaaaaaaaaay to big you hike 2 miles with that and you'll need a nap 35 liters max ! if you can't fit it in that size you don't need it's not a functional design if you are trying to escape and move very fast
It’s a really Good System! Can you make a Raincover in Flecktarn, for the German Army (Bundeswehr)? It should have a way, to combine it to the Backpack.
I am a big fan of Carinthia products. Can you pack the sleeping bag and the sleeping pad within the bivy bag and put them all in a stuff sack and then in your backpack? That would make for really fast packing in the morning.
Nice pack, but not using universal clips is a disadvantage. I wouldn't want to be stuck in the backlands waiting for replacement clips, when i could cut off spare clips to repair and move on.
I own one of these and let me tell you, it takes a lot of force to brake one of these. And spare can be brought along with no problem at all. I always have a little net pouch attached to the rucksack with a spare hip belt clip, some normal clips and a new cord? (Sry not native EN - the elastic string for the helmet pouch on top) and it takes practically no space and weighs nothing. Haven't had a single clip broke, yet, tho. And the pack literally fell down a cliff of 30 meter (33 yards). So it's the what if of what if to be honest. It's a spectacular piece of gear. Expensive, but I do not want to miss it anymore.

Hello! Why do Snigel backpacks not have a back like other manufacturers with ventilation cushions?

Why do you show a black product on a black table in a dark room? Can barley see
Which inner layer is compatible for this sleeping bag?
Would the mags fall out if you running out on terrain or high speed? That's the only issue I have when using mag pouches
Advice, turn the bag over and push down on the straps from both sides at the same time, rotate and repeat. Much easier and the bag stays in a more uniform shape.
Why is he talking as if he were a Carinthia representative? He seems to be just a guy with an outdoor-shop and a KZread channel...
By far, my favorite sleeping!!
Can this be shipped to the US?
It’s great for law enforcement. Been using it for a while now and for its simplicity it has a crap ton or space to store everything you need.
USA dealer? This is a very nice pack.
Santa, did you see that? That's what I want, please!
Santa came early this year. I got mine just here next to me and guys.. I am in love. I tried so much TT, Eberlestock, Berghaus..but this Backpack from snigeldesign is just on point!
@@tobiaslachmann8184 yes I tried the Tasmania Tiger range Pack. In my opinion TT is not perfect at all if you look at how it fits your back, especially from the side. Well Berghaus isn't better, but take an osprey for example and you will see what I mean. Btw if these "civil" backpacks doesn't bother you, at osprey you get pretty good stuff for low money. I tried the Tasmanian tiger Modular pack 45 with side pouches (SP 9) and the Field pack mk II with these side pouches to get the volume I need. The modular pack is nice btw but didn't feel good on my lower back. That's subjective. I've got the most hope in the field pack because of it's modularity but and now there is a big BUT...the top of the backpack when the pack was loaded (yes I know how to load a backpack and to fit it) pulled back away from my body. I couldn't fit it closer to my body and that's a no go for longer trekking. That's why I say, always load your pack and take a picture from the side. Also the hip belt didn't feel good for me. The field pack got a pull back system and not a pull forward system for the hip pads, you really want to get a pull forward. So the snigel fits perfectly to my back and gets in straight line with my body, means parallel. The weight is good distributed to the hip even with the special hip design. The material really looks and feels like good quality. This is a point which I miss at TT. If you get in touch once with an eberlestock or snigel you see what quality can be like and when you have the TT next to it..there is much difference. For me the design of the snigel backpack fits almost perfectly. If I could it design by myself there would always be a little change but that would just be personal preferences. So I am 1,69m and 70kg athletic and I would say, don't be smaller then me if you want the snigeldesign. I would say if you are at lower then 65kg you get in trouble with the hip belt. Conclusions : I carried like 23kg for one weekend with the snigel and was pretty satisfied with it. By the way I got 2 carinthia sleeping bags inside, the g490x and the g200q which are pretty big and together almost 5kg, a big sleeping mat from klymit luxe sl, 3l water sack, a jacket, food for 3 days, hygiene set, towel, a set of underwear, a little saw, knife, the German Elefantenhaut, first aid kit. I didn't need to overload the top and got still space for other stuff. I was hiking with family and somebody didn't own a pack, that's why I needed to carry 2 sleeping bags. A lot of people I crossed at the shelter, in Dänemark, asked me for that special backpack 😂. Most people are light weight wanderer, not me. Next "but" : the only Tasmanian tiger which could get in race with this snigel is the Tasmanian range pack. It fits good to your back, much better then the field pack. It's big enough for all your stuff. I've got both at the same time to make a decision and it was hard. The snigel convinced me in better quality of every inch. But if I wouldn't be ok to spend that much money for the snigel. The Tasmanian tiger range pack is absolutely ok. Even under the aspect that it's an X frame but for higher capacity you want the X frame instead the v frame. So in my opinion the TT range pack is the best they got. Even if you want less then 100l, get the range pack. You can just remove some pouches. The only negative aspect is that you cannot look high in the air with the range pack, like you can with the snigel. The sad thing is, snigel isn't cheap and eberlestock isn't cheaper (eberlestock got too many negativ points which makes it senseless to buy it, when you are not a weapon carrier) and the most sad thing is, TT isn't cheap at all, too, that's why I made the decision to spend some extra money to get the, in my opinion better quality, when I am already about to spend this amount.
Sorry for my English I am no native english speaker, but German ✌️
Great presentation
The new Backpack for the German Army! We Love that thing! 🫡
it seems like you can still fit one AK mag by extending the shock cord length
You could easily buy a thicker plastic sheet and cut it to fit inside if you want something more substantial, I would probably do that.
Awesome sleeping bag 🫶🏻🤞😊
Is the Carinthia gtx sleeping bag cover (German army bivy bag) ir protected? In tactical and military sense how does it differ from this combat bivy bag?
Let me guess 500€+
Lmao called it. Anyway you can keep your 650€ backpack. Russians have SSO raid backpacks for 1/3th of the price with recommendations from Spetsnac units.
@@ANukeWithLegsmmmm why not but what’s the name of the Russian brand please ?
@@GregFlorent SSO Raid Rucksack, but you won't get it anymore. All Russian stuff has been out of stock for the past 2 years and people only sold what they had in stock. As a Alternative I recommend Snugpak Bergen backpack, it's made by the British and the official British army supplier.
@@ANukeWithLegs thanks you so much
