It's almost like she is written to overestimate her self control. Almost like, sometimes, when characters say something, they're not right. But to be fair, it was really subtle, the way she literally started losing control, while talking about how she had control. Clearly, only a genius could figure that out that extremely well hidden hint. 😂

Viserys was hosting a WHITE HART HUNT in honor of Aegon's birthday. The White Hart being a symbol of royalty and divine right to rule. Of course Jason would think that Viserys wants Aegon to be his designated heir.

I saw somewhere an archery guy analyzed that scene and said it was kind of ok. Apparently it’s harder than we would think to hit a running target through smoke and other visual obstructions. But when he ended up staying in one place too long the arrows hit Something along those lines.

Using Blackfyre as a cane is such a power play. Its as much a symbol of the royal family as the Iron throne is, and he's using it to support himself.

Otto should have recognized, in the show at least, that Rhaenyra WAS the perfect heir to the throne. For all his cunning, she waltzed in and resolved the issue. Again, just in the show, she is always exercising restraint and prudence in matters of state. If he had sought to teach, rather than replace, he most likely would have found a judicious student and prudent monarch.

He wasn’t outsmarted so much, he proved Daemon was a traitor to his king.The king should have declared it so and called on his banner men to destroy Daemon. Viserys was truly not meant to be king.

Peace between Houses Bracken and Blackwood has been declared many times over the centuries. Every Bracken has Blackwood blood and vice versa. They are like an old cantankerous married couple. They may argue but their lives would be empty without each other.
