  Very understandable for a non coder. I am looking for a how to take Google Sheet check boxes in a online form like document with Yes and No checkboxes side by side. Where a user cannot check both the Yes and No boxes. Do you have any ideas how to make that practical for me to implement? PS, there are many such Y/N corresponding boxes.

  can we add some options of manual entries also please? For example id my marketing team member has to fill this they would have the fixed product listed by=ut i they have to mentioned but it one has to fill prices manually it was sold for for multiple product. Please if you could help on this?

  I want to ask a bit. If I use the formula above, I can only select one of the two cases for column C, either all or one of the values Midwestern, Northeastern, right? In case I want to select more than two values but not all values, what should I do? Please answer me, I really need it for my upcoming report

  What's with all the guessing? When you say, "I guess...(this)", or "I guess... (that)", it's annoying as heck because it shows uncertainty. You may understand the options of the program, but I'm a newbie and it stops my thinking to consider what else you're deciding.

  Hi! Im a data analyst here from the philippines, Im working with my data table which leads me to here (your video), Although, what im really looking for is: how can I add a text after the last value on my data (row) like for example: if the last value is at row 10, row 11 automatically shows "Grand total" or any text that would fit the data table. Thanks a lot for your help!

  useless feature they picked up from excel... I think Google just has to focus on their innovation more and never look back at that old and stupid Excel.... Everybody loves GSheets because it's better than Excel. And now they want to be like Excel?! really?! 😅

  Hello! I’m checking out this video because I only have a loose grasp as to how to make the map method works. I’ve looked all over for an answer about this, but: do you, personally, know how I could do an if statement to check if an element in an array is “null”? As in, the content of an element in the array has that specific falsey value? The problem I’m having is that, no matter what I do, the project thinks I’m testing if the presence of the element is true or false, not the literal content of the element. I’m willing to even get a direction as to proceed. I’m not sure what exact search terms will give me what I want.

  I'm guessing you need ISNUMBER(MATCH together, but impossible to tell without seeing your data sample. Spreadsheet "falsey" is probably never going to be the exact same as JaavaScript falsey.

  Really clear and helpful, thank you - however if used under headings with filters the cells assigned to each tick box don't realign when the data is filtered or sorted, any idea how to fix this?

  If you have Excel 365, the update next month is supposed to have the new checkbox control which will be much easier to add it should work with filters.

  I remember following this 2 years ago took me easily 3 hours or so and I got a headache. It felt like a huge achievement to complete it. Now I made this code for a new sheet and it took me 30 min, felt easy, but most importantly,; this video has proven valueable over and over. I use this code in a sheet I use weekly and it has saved me lots of time. Thanks a bunch!

  Hi. Is it possible to import the table to another spreadsheet using ARRAYFORMULA with all the features (dropdown, checkboxes) still intact ? I discovered that you can import the table with all the features to another sheet within fhe same spreadsheet file with this: =ARRAYFORMULA(Table1). But I can't find the formula to import the table to another spreadsheet

  You should be able to use IMPORTRANGE and use your table name in "Table1", no?

  Can you advice if I need each item repeat in specific number, different time for each item?. Like Apples repeat 4 times but Oranges repeat 2 times.
