We went in December. Don't remember having much rain. Main issue is that the water can be cloudy due to plankton etc and visibility is reduced
@rob76012 ай бұрын
@@drkavahed ok great thanks. Just don’t want to spend all the money to be rained on or not be able to snorkel. Wouldn’t the plankton bring in the mantas and whale sharks?

It is a real dilemma to me --- Leave these people untouched and unspoiled, or bring them into the modern world with access to the latest medicine, knowledge, and comforts. It occurred to me that is the dilemma of the 'Garden of Eden' --- remain in a primitive paradise, or choose the apple from the tree of knowledge. It is a two edged sword.

The only reason was whites were trying to implement their culture over the natives culture was to gain domination and control over them while brainwashing them that their culture was bad, and exploit their resources they didn't know were mostly priced valuable wealth. Should a white culture's rule be broken, punishment's were implemented on the natives. To the natives perspectives, the white English culture on them was significantly uncivilized as mentioned by one native elder. But the whites brainwashed them saying the native culture was uncivilized and had to get rid of it and so came in the form of religion.

A good performance of our Police Band in the past. I always recall this group as the best police brass band in their time. One of my brothers (who is on the third row on the left) Sgt. Lot Neremana, thus it is a proud moment for me to see them performing. Lot Neremana later eventually became a priest and served in the Anglican Church of Melanesia for many years but sadly passed on in 2021.
