Car is cheaper than driving license😅
Very informative video. Are there any option to invest like monthly SIP mutual funds in Germany?
Driving licence is a luxury 😅, if one successfully gets it!
It absolutely is 😅
I came to Germany on a Job seeker Visa, and recently got an offer, currently applying for residence permit, could you help me when am I eligible to bring my spouse and daughter to Germany?
You should be able to apply for Family Reunion visa as soon as your residence permit has been applied.
This is the type of immigrants we need
If i start to invest E:g. 100 Euros a month in S&P everymonth. Do i scalable capital deduct some amount considering as trade everymonth ?
There are 3 things you need to consider : 1. The TER of the ETF 2. The spread 3. The Vorabpauschale The TER is based on the ETF Provider, the spread is a very small fee which Scalable Capital takes and the Vorabpauschale is the tax cut by the government at the start of the year for certain types of ETFs.
Is pension tax mandatory for it employee, if i want to come back to india after 20 years then the money saved in the pension tax format would be lost??
Yes pension tax is mandatory. If you leave Germany before 5 years you get this amount back. But after that you will have to wait for the German Retirement age to apply for the Pension to take advantage of your payments.
Can I include tuition fees even though it was paid by my father? My father added it already in my blocked account and then I paid it through my German account.
As long as the money was in Germany, in your account and used by you in Germany you should be able to add the expenses in the Tax return
Does dividend come in the category of interest ? Because we always get the same amount no matter how much the company makes ?
Not exactly. Dividends can always be cut or increased based on the companies performance.
I love your videos. They are all very clear, giving great information and very understandable! Thank you so much for the great work😊
Glad you like them!
I really enjoyed your video on freelancing; it’s a great resource, especially since finding useful information in English can be challenging. I recently moved from Pakistan to Germany on a work visa and am currently in my third week in Hamburg, where I’ll be working full-time as an engineer. Before coming to Germany, I was freelancing, teaching cybersecurity, and working on projects for various clients on Upwork. My annual income from freelancing is less than 10,000 euros. I’m keen to continue freelancing here while ensuring that I remain legally compliant. As I consider myself a freelancer rather than a business owner, I would like to know how to register myself properly. Additionally, could you advise if it is possible to work full-time as an employee while also freelancing simultaneously under the current visa regulations? Thank you for your help!
It all depends on your current visa/ residence permit. This video covers some of the important points: kzread.info/dash/bejne/d6ydrs6GpseZgdY.html and also here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y2qdz9lthNu-j8Y.html
What about zksync airdrop? I did farm for the airdrop back in my home country. Now that i want to sell that airdrop, when im in germany. Is it a taxable event (im a student)?

Hi Ahsan bhai, if I do not declare in the maintenance declaration that my mother is employed in Pak and I send her money every month, can Finanzamt ask me to provide my mother's bank statement to be sure that she isn't receiving any salary from somewhere?
If one files their taxes and claims Maintenance payments sent to family. The Finanzamt may ask for the maintenance declaration document while making a tax assessment. If one does not submit this document, then the tax office will not consider the Maintenance payment expense.
@@ahsanfinance yes I am providing them with the maintenance declaration but I'm asking if Finanzamt might also ask for my mother's Bank statement or the Maintenance Declaration would be enough?
Generally they don't ask for it.

Then based on the points system you should be eligible to apply.
Can you make video on which web development framework most used in Germany???
Thanks for the suggestion, Ill try to make a video to cover this question
Hello, I have one question, I joined job in germany in november and in my tax refund,i get the total deducted tax as refund. But I have other expenses like furnuture, public transport etc to claim, but somehow those amount is not refunded, my total tax refund remains same. Am I not allowed to get refund more than deducted tax?
Is the furniture used for work purposes? and how high are the transportation costs?
Yes the furniture is for work purpose and the transportation costs 49E per month
In your case I would recommend using another webapp and compare the results. In any case You can only get a refund from the income tax you have paid that year and other expenses more than the income tax you have paid may be provided as a tax loss certificate which may be put in the following years tax return.
So when it goes to negative you lose the money that you profited and it is on you account already? Please Respond. Thanks in advance.
I didnt quite understand what you mean. But your loss or gain is only realized when you sell the stock/ETF.

Assalamualaikum brother may allaha bless u with more success Bro i just want to know one thing I am in work visa §,18b issued on a company name it is full time job can i have a minijob along with this job? Plz bro give ur suggestions on this. JazakAllaha khair
I would recommend that you check your "Zusatzblatt" and see whats written on it.
@@ahsanfinance brother i dont have any Zusatzblatt i have only my visa which is stamped on passport and when i asked to Rathaus about residence pertim they said ur visa is ur residence permit till its valid.
In that case you have to confirm with the visa office but most likely you are not allowed until you get the residence permit card with the further details.

Hey could u tell me which is a good liability insurance for students since people are recommending getsafe but the reviews are not so good. I also checked out FRI:DAY liability insurance it seems good but I don't know about their service since its a new company and not much reviews I could find
Honestly speaking you will not find anything that truly covers everything. I am personally using friday right now. What you can do is use Idealo and add your specific requirements to see what is available for you
Hello Ahsan. Could you suggest a credit card which is suitable for POD business? Do I absolutely need an automated credit card for it? Thank you in advance!
I dont think a Credit Card is an absolute must. So depending on your requirements, if you already have a business bank account your debit card would work in almost all cases.
I just wanted to say thank you again, you specifically helped me get over my initial fear of investing and after consuming all of your content I now have a well-balanced portfolio which is growing in value way faster than it was in my 2.6% interest savings account. By far the best KZreadr on non-German nationals investment information in Germany. Keep up the great work!

How does inflation considered here?
Do you mean in the Private pension plan?
does either coinbase or binance offer Germany tax report?
Last I checked (in 2023), you could generate a Report with Binance. I think it should also be possible now.
Is it haram to receive their interest in saving?
Well I am not a Religious scholar so I can't say what exactly is and isnt halal. But generally interest from Savings accounts is not halal.

I plan to leave Germany after getting my citizenship (maybe a 1.5 year from now), maybe return after 10 years or never. I have TK now, should I switch to a private insurance or keep TK ? what would happen if I come back to Germany ? thanks
Well depending on how much you earn, it can be beneficial to switch to Private insurance. I recommend you book an appointment with Marcel and share your exact details with him (ahsanfinance.com/marcel)
Hi, I work in IT and have a permanent residence. But, since I work fully remote, I work outside Germany for 5 months every year in my country (not EU). My company doesn't allow it but they never cared , however I found Germany have double taxation agreement with my country. Will this have impact if I apply for the citizenship ?
On Paper, if one resides inside Germany for more than 6 months, one must pay taxes only in Germany. If someone has another job in another country, then it can Cause an issue. Other than that it shouldnt be a problem.
Thanks

Hi Ahsaan, I am facing the below warnings although I just copy pasted everything that is in my Lohnsteuerbescheinigung can you please suggest: 1. Please, check field [25] Employee contribution to statutory health insurance (Gesetzliche Krankenversicherung Arbeitnehmerbeiträge) in your Tax Certificate 1. The amount shouldn't be bigger than 7,3% of your Gross Wage (Bruttoarbeitslohn) and not more than 4369. If the value is incorrect, please go to the "income" step and correct your data entry. 2. Please, check field [26] Employee contribution to statutory long term care insurance (Gesetzliche Pflegeversicherung Arbeitnehmerbeiträge) in your Tax Certificate 1. The amount shouldn't be bigger than 3,4% of your Gross Wage (Bruttoarbeitslohn) and not more than 2633. If the value is incorrect, please go to the "income" step and correct your data entry.
So i am assuming the values are bigger than 7.3% and 3.4% of your gross wage in both the fields?
@@ahsanfinance 1. The amount is more than 7.3% for point number 25 2. The amount is less than 3.4 % and 2633 for point number 26 Both the amounts are entered exactly as in the the Lohnsteuerbescheinigung
Hi Ahsan. I am currently in Germany on a dependent visa. Wohld i be allowed go to work as a freelancer on the current visa? I already have a tax id as well
Yes you would be allowed to work on dependent visa, but you would still have to register as a Freelancer and get a separate Tax ID number.

Can i get IHK certification from India only for accounting jobs in Germany
According to the IHK website, yes you can . Here is the official wording "Anyone with a foreign professional qualification can have it recognized in Germany - regardless of their nationality, current place of residence and residency status. The prerequisite is that their qualification is officially recognized in the country in which it was acquired"
Thanks for informative video. Question if you can answer. I came here in 2022. My tax class was 1. And i am married since 2017. In 2024 my family joins me. Now i have to file a tax should. When i will file tax of 2022 i will select Tax class 3? or 1? And what marrige status i will mentioned there?
The tax class change only applies from when your spouse joins you here in Germany. So Tax class 3 would be only applicable from 2024. So in 2022 and 2023 you would write married but tax class 1. You should look into this video if you sent money back to your family : kzread.info/dash/bejne/qnyEk5uOmaSdito.html
Hii brother, Can't I buy the fractional share in scalable capital, If I do trading daily and I have to do sale and purchases, for example I want to put 100€ in apple share and want to sell in the same day or like swing trade. Will it not be possible or I have to but the stock according to per unit price?
Unfortunately You cannot directly buy Fractional shares. You can only buy them using the Savings plan option.
@@ahsanfinance thankew soo much brother, Then it will be hard to do intra day trading because prices.of shares are higher. Do you know any other appliancation. I have one account with scalable capital but I will use that only of saving plan . Can you please suggest any other broker for day trading plus fractional buying selling.
Well there are many apps which are dedicated for Trading however there will be fees associated with them. I havnt used any of them so I can't really suggest anything unfortunately
Great video. Where do you read the news or investigate about the markets? How did you know 3M Co was going to split?
If you've seen my other portfolio updates then you might know I held 3M in my portfolio for a long time. So it was already on my radar. As far as research goes, there are many sources like Fool, Seeking Alpha etc plus normal news channels like Yahoo finance and google alerts
If you are investing in an IT ETF, why are you also buying individual stocks of IT companies? Wouldn't it make more sense to just buy the same ETF and forget? Why the added duplication in your portfolio? You did not explain the logic of buying 3M stock? Also, Exonmobil? for what and why?
3M and Exonmobil I think I have shared in my previous portfolio updates but The IT ETF and Individual IT stocks question is quite interesting. Ill make a video on a longer answer but the short answer is , the ETF provides diversification but I bought Microsoft right before they announced they would be increasing their stake in Open AI. This was a good enough catalyst for me to buy the individual stock. Even now they are on the Board of Many AI companies, so that they had to scale back just this morning. so Microsoft is the leader in AI in the mid term at least. For Apple I think i mentioned why I bought the stock in the video . Regarding IBM, I think they are doing some great work in the field of Quantum computing which might give huge dividends in the Future. Thats mostly the reason for me increasing my stake in these companies in addition to the ETF.
Good Job as usual Ahsan , Thank you 👏👍❤️
Glad you liked the video :)
Hello Ahsan bhai, if my mom earns around 90,000 PKR per month that is equivalent to 300 Euros, and I mention this in my maintenance declaration, is there a high chance that my case will be rejected when I submit my tax returns? They might say that your mother is earning enough money, so your supporting her isn't justified. What do you think?
Well there is no guarantee, but I wont say there is a High chance of Rejection. As I mentioned in this video : kzread.info/dash/bejne/qnyEk5uOmaSdito.html , the finanzamt will simply reduce the claimable amount based on their calculations.
Can i start a youtube channel in germany, but as tou are saying if income will be more than 600€ per year then you will tax. That's so easy and not in control to minimize income as I run multiple faceless channels. So, how much tax I have to pay?
It depends on your tax class. I have discussed this in detail here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/d6ydrs6GpseZgdY.html
Thank u so much for ur videos..it really helping us..pls can u sell bitcoin on Scalable Capital?
Glad you liked the video. Scalable Capital has Crypto ETCs, so yes you can buy and sell crypto similar to ETFs using it.
Will you focus on investment only in your upcoming course or day trading, swing trading as well?
The upcoming course will start with only investing. Will add additional modules to it with time though, based on suggestions and recommendations

What was your rationale of investing 3k at once in apple (in assuming)?
Based on my analysis at that time, the stock price was cheap. Also I was anticipating a good response to Apple Vision ( which did not perform well).

Thanks a lot for sharing! just a question, do you know if the ETF that you invest in is halal?
It is not 100% sharia compliant its questionable mostly due to Microsoft
