Given that I have a Job seekers visa with „ERWERBSDTÄTIGKEIT ERLAUBT“ written on it can I do a freelance Web development/ Graphic Design Also do I pay a separate social deduction and income tax on my freelance profits after my main 35hrs/w job has been charged at the end of the month ( it wasn’t too clear in your video for me)

The job seekers visa is for finding an employement. If you want to do freelance work then you would need to register as a Freelancer and convert the Job seekers visa to a Freelancer visa. I recommend you talk to the nearest foreigners office and discuss whether your profession would be eligible for this or not.

Brother, as a student, can I start a KDP business on the side? Do I need to get permission from my University and the immigration office? Does it also fall under small business criteria? Additionally, do I also need to register or setup a company for it?

As a student you will need permission from both your University and the Immigration office. As far as small business criteria is concerned, as long as your Revenue is lower than 22k€ in the first year you will remain under the small business regulation

in my letter it is written "SET BSTSTÄNDIGE TÄTIGKEIT ERLAUBT" Is it mean i can do side business?

Unfortunately you cannot follow the procedures I have mentioned in my video. What you have to do is convert your Job Seeker visa to a Freelancer Visa in order to work as a Freelancer. For that you have to visit your nearest Ausländerbehorde and discuss it with your case officer.

If you are within the first 2 years of your blue card then unfortunately you cannot get the permssion

Yes you can but It mostly depends on your profession, so The first step would be to go to the local IHK and auslanderbehorde to confirm your case

You made a mistake, if the Blue Card or Residence Permit says "Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet", that means you can do gainful employment as an employee, not as freelancer or business. For that it should be written specifically "Selbständigkeit erlaubt"

Thanks for the Comment Saif. If "Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet" is written, then this means your visa is not attached to any special conditions. And you are allowed to apply for Further approval for working as a Freelancer or Starting a Business.

Blue card is always with Zusatzblatt where they specify your job giver. Only allowed if you have Niederlassungserlaubnis

In almost all cases you need your own funds to start such a business. But you can always go to your nearest IHK and personalized info

What is the salary of doctors there, can they do private practice? Whats their salary difference in comparison others. Can someone who’s employed in Germany, say a doctor, can he start his own startup, or business along with job after getting permission from current employer? I am doctor from India and want to move to germany, can you please guide me
