  mein khud phase 9 mein ghar banata hun. same house with same things can be build in 30 million with last. phase 9 mein best plot 130 ka hai, construction almost iski 1.5 ki. dekhain na tau bedroom mein proper bed wall hai aur na he media wall. aur bhi kafi kuch ordinary hai. 4.35 pata nai kya soch ker demnad ki hai. Itni demand tau waisay basement walay ki bhi nahi hai. 9 town mein facing park with basement A+ quality wala ghar 3.75 tak cost keray ga ajjkal

  Only the rooms look beautiful but the architecture is not good at all, 10 marla is a good space but they did'nt utilize wisely, nechy easily 2 rooms hoty but they provide only one and upper portions does'nt look like a portion at all, it seems like a hotel with only rooms in it , no lounge space no kitchen nothing like a proper seperate portion.
