This house looks more like a hotel than a house. Sorry but it doesn’t give a warm feeling of a home. Just because everything is imported doesn’t mean that it’s attractive. Tiles that are on the walls look good in bathrooms and not in the rest of the house to be honest. The golden brass fixture on the ceiling in the formal living room is too much. The bedrooms are not bad. The best thing about this house is that it has a lot of glass doors and that gives an open concept making it look spacious. Greek AC units, German wall sheets,…. Is there anything locally made and used in this house to promote the craftsmanship of Pakistani labor? I don’t understand why it’s thought to be impressive to get fixtures form foreign countries and construct houses in Pakistan. Is there a warranty that comes with all these imported fixtures if they get damaged overtime? However, it’s nice to see builders trying to construct homes with modern styles. Would prefer to see something more minimalistic and modern instead of just filling up a house with too many elements.
