    left handed scanning is the best. def reduces injuries and minimal physical contact with the patient

    Sorry again there is some thing in a dark corner of my brain that which indicate aorta is measured from leading edge to leading edge in adult and inner to inner in pediatric, but what you have mentioned is different, am I wrong?

    Thanks. Don’t get confuse with words, just look at the measurements and this is exactly how we should measure as per guidelines.

    You are right but as you know leading edge to leading edge measures a little bit greater diameter than inner edge to inner edge.
