For eg. M-mode measurements, like when to put cw(measurements), PW(measurements), tdi with knobology. Thank you sir for your Reply.

Sorry again there is some thing in a dark corner of my brain that which indicate aorta is measured from leading edge to leading edge in adult and inner to inner in pediatric, but what you have mentioned is different, am I wrong?

Thanks. Don’t get confuse with words, just look at the measurements and this is exactly how we should measure as per guidelines.

You are right but as you know leading edge to leading edge measures a little bit greater diameter than inner edge to inner edge.

You are right, you can check European or BSE website just see the images and you will know how to measure. I copied a picture for you but I am a unable to attach here
