  Thank you!! Qu: when i called the company they suggested the medium (I'm a side sleeper, female, 135 lbs.) However, i prefer firm beds in general. Do you get any hip pain from sleeping on your side on the firm?

  I am about to have my 3rd baby and did not know what the sensation was with my first 2 kiddos. For me, during letdown it feels like my neck and back have ants under my skin crawling. Super irritating sensation that makes me physically uncomfortable and very squirmy. I lasted 3 weeks with my first breastfeeding and 2 weeks with my second. I am hoping now that I am aware of what is going on it will be more manageable...but I am fine getting sleep with giving bottles if it does not work out. Good luck everyone!!!

  Polyurethane is not toxic and it’s found almost anywhere dense foam is found likes cars, chairs, helmets, etc.

  I think latex matress are great but, cut the trees let them bleed for days, to make a better sleep is not what I call a good vibes. geat review anyways 👍

  I feel not alone listening to this and reading comments . My first child has a disability and so I pumped with a hospital grade pump for 8months and she has a gastric tube. I had awful feeling of flight and flight and existential dread, pain in my legs, negative thoughts and leading to depression. Pumping at least six times a day to get enough. I just had another baby two years later and we are doing well establishing breastfeeding but the D-MER is back! I’m so gutted because I thought it was the pump but it was the letdown maybe triggered from pumping and stress. Hoping to work through D-MER great to hear how you were tackling it. I think I will need to be kinder to myself this time around.

  How did you manage to sleep 😫 Im so sleepy but my nose congestion is driving me crazy! Nothing works except regular nose drops and I know they are not advised. Did anyone use nasal drops other than saline(they dont work for me at all)?

  Try inhaling steam with drops of Eucalyptus oil. It helped me with congestion a lot!

  Am going through the same thing. Sleeping is a struggle more so at night...I have to use the nose drops but doesn't work 😢. It's hard to breathe you know

  😪 I’m so nervous. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and people at my job are coughing like crazy. I wear a mask but I still don’t feel comfortable.

  I am trying to stay away from all medications while pregnant. I’ve also heard that Tylenol is the best for pregnancy, but I saw a legal claim against Tylenol which said that there’s 20% higher chance of Autism and/or ADHD for the baby. So, no thanks. I Will keep drinking my tea.

  @@jakeirarnecia30 I am drinking a Linden blossom tea for fever and overall cold, ginger+lemom+honey tea 2-3 times a day is completely safe. Rooibos tea is also good with honey. Hot lemom+orange+honey drink is super good too. And a lot of water overall. You can drink warm water if you not disgusted about it :D I am only in 7 weeks and the cold stresses me out a bit for my baby... But I keep all the positive thoughts up so I don't think anything negative

  41+4 today and finally caved for my scheduled induction tonight. I really wanted a spontaneous labor for an Unmedicated delivery so it was hard coming to this decision, but it was best for my mental health and baby too. Had 3 sweeps total myself 😂 but I think I’m in early labor today so praying I progress nicely before I go in for my induction!

  She recovered after seeing her doctor, and we ended up being okay after she was prescribed an antibiotic safe to use during pregnancy. We now have a healthy 3-month-old baby boy. 🙏👶🍼 Get lots of rest when you can, and drink water like there is no tomorrow. Sending good vibes and a quick recovery your way!
