Very pained to inform you that My mother underwent somany ratinal treatment before 40 yrs but lost vision and later father also suffered from Diabetic vitreous ratinopathy...I am really careful... Thanks a lot sir

  Sir, my age 62 but facing problems of eye floaters in front of my both eyes from last ten, fifteen years ... earlier it was not much but nowadays increasing fastly so there is obstacles in vision and feel uncomfortable. So is there any surgery to removed floaters ( curvy black lines ) Please suggest

  પડદા ઉપર ડોળ છે,એક નસ સુકાય છે અને મોતિયો છે એવું કહ્યું ડોક્ટર એ.... મને દુરનું દ્રશ્ય ડબલ દેખાય એવું લાગે બ્લર થઈ જાય... મે પહેલા ફેશિયલ પાલ્સી ની ટ્રીટમેન્ટ લીધેલ છે ફિઝીઓથેરાપી માં મને શોક આપવા માં આવતા લગભગ મે એ શોક ૧૮ મહિના જેવા લાંબા સમય સુધી લીધા અને પછી જ મને દેખાવા માં તકલીફ ઊભી થવા લાગી સાહેબ મારી ઉંમર ૪૦ વર્ષ છે મહેરબાની કરીને આ તકલીફનો ઉપાય હોય તો જણાવશો 🙏

  Yes theoretically any vitreous surgery can pre dispose one for a future RD. However the surgeons usually check and ensure during the surgery for the same

  Please sir i have one question... Recently i have diagnosed "subtotal inferior ragmatogenous retinal detachment with presence of horse shoe shape hole at 10 o clock position outside equator in right eye"Than sir said that your treatment plan is scleral buckling surgery in right eye But than next consultation sir said that you should better to undergone this treatment protocol "PPV+FAX+EL+SOI in right eye under local anaesthesia Sir please say which treatment protocol is better for me??? Buckling or vitrectomy?

  Buckling is preferable, if possible. However sometimes it may not be possible to buckle posterior breaks , in which case PPV is the go to surgery
