  I just got a Bolero box for my single cab chevy silverado. The box says it has .97³ of air space and ive seen these say the need 1.0. You think i can run these in that box? I have a JL 500/1V1 for them.

  Simply put it, with the sweep pot, your selecting your center frequency, wide, is the bell curve of that frequency. counterclockwise is a narrower bell curve, clockwise is wider bell curve,

  Nothing wrong with the Planet audio, Soundstream or Power Acoustik Bass restorators. The only quality difference I can see is Audio Control knob is better build, with a metal enclosure. If you wanna spend extra for that, go ahead. but some of those mentioned brands have better features like variable subsonic filtering right their on the remote knob. I own & love A.C. Epicenters. But it's a 1 trick pony that hasn't innovated much to stay ahead of the competition. They only have brand loyalist like the guy in this video. I have an original P.G. Bass cube, and it's more suitable for todays 808 heavy trap beats. You try to run 808 heavy trap threw an epicenter, and it will make it sound worst in most cases.

  this vid is sad, JL (junk labs) is not anywhere near "the best".....the 13w7 annaversary, sounds ok..if i found one on my front door for free, i would prolly keep it. but spending over $100 for it would be insane

  I have 1000/1v2 running one 12 w7 always wanted one more 12 w7 do you think the amp can handle two w7s? Stereo shop tells me I need two amps. Also have two batteries, Mechman ho alt and big 3.

  @@MichaelHernandez-fb3zr the amp can handle both subs, you’ll have lower bass notes and more accurate sound BUT your going to feel it’s not loud enough, I’d do one amp for each sub or at least a 1500 watt amp for both subs like the JL Rd/1500 ..

  The ones that say that have never heard a JL subwoofer in person. I had two 10’s and they sounded great no matter the genre of music I was playing.

  Lanzar 3 way 100 bucks n is so close to perfect if you replace tweets with infinity soft domes I'll put em back to back with this stuff or focal

  Great find man! I purchased a 1000/1 and a 500/1 just to collect them. They were out of my price range back in the day. Now i own them along with two HD 1200/1. I love some JL. I do by other items also but JL w3s were my first subs in a sealed box

  The w0 really do surprisingly sound so crisp. The w7 8” would play lower and louder though. W3s will knock your socks off for less

  @@SQ_Silverado I actually upgraded to w3s in my home studio from w0s. I returned the w3s and kept the w0s. W0 sound much better. W3 was way too tight.

  @@SQ_Silverado yes. The jl rep had told me the bass would be tighter so I figured I would give it a try. He wasn’t lying, they were to tight lol. So many people keep telling me not to change up anything on my Silverado but for some reason those w7 keep calling my name. My two w0s really do sound good in there. Thinking of just grabbing a dsp and fine tuning what I have. If I go w7 I’d do a ported box but my sealed w0s being life to so many songs with the chop that a ported box wouldn’t have. Decisions decisions 🤣
