Are retiree's from different parts of the country moving there? Thats what happened in Florida.
Thank you for watching, I must say there are a good number of retirees moving to the area, maybe not so much the Pigeon forge area itself but definitely the surrounding communities. I'm happy to provide details if you would like information on the area. God bless
Nice vid 👍

Thank you very much!
Lot of floor to clean
I agree there is alot of square footage in these homes.
are these homes HOA??
yes there is a $100 quarterly HOA fee to cover roads and grounds maintenance .
I watched as they built those homes 👍.
they are well-built custom homes, still alot of open lots available.
Lastly last time I rested mostly after them seventy hours and swore I saw the Pigeon Forge TN ghost Silver King the Civil War Ghost
Nice lastly didn't want to leave going here next
Well, good luck selling it. The Pigeon Forge town council has issues.
I moved from a blue state to a red state and I’ll never live in a blue state again.

It’s March 2024. If say it’s going BOOM. Look at all the big cities in this country. People are fleeing
How the hell can anyone live like that. Give me a small modular and pole barn I definitely will not be moving anywhere near I-75 anytime soon
Problem 1 Smith & Wesson pay is not very high. I like my 2nd ammendment but also my bottom line is just as important as theirs !!
lol is that areas forrest’s really haunted
I dont think it's haunted but more likely Bigfoot. .... LOL BTW this property will be up for sale again if anyone is Interested.
475 Nd no garrage wow
I'm happy to send you comps. This property is priced below appraised value. 2 years ago during the craziness this cabin would have easily brought mid $600s. I watch the market and try to price homes accordingly and believe this one is reasonably priced , besides most overnight rentals don't have a garage.
@@LeeShaneREALTOR not for me sorry
over 400k and it has a significant reduction in price? dang how much were they expecting? lol
CMA set the price at $525, appraisal came in at $485. Price was reduced to $475 to be inline with actual value.
How much$$$$$$$
James thank you for watching my videos, the price has been reduced to $475k priced below appraised value. Were offering to pay $5000 to the buyer to use towards closing cost or as points buy down, or even towards furniture if you plan to use it as an overnight rental. If you are interested, im happy to schedule a showing. Motivated sellers so make me an offer. You can reach me at 865 722-0411 if you have any questions. Have a blessed day
Where is Chucky TN located
Chucky is located just NorthEast of Greeneville Tn. Their address is 7700 Erwin Hwy, Chuckey, TN 37641 Hope you enjoy it as much as we do
I think you might destroy Maryville TN with the growth
I live in IL and thinking of moving, the traffic is going to be a problem for me if a lot,I don't do any shopping with Amazon
Thank you for watching my videos, I've lived in or around Maryville for more than 20 years what I can say is over the years we've seen alot of growth and with that comes increased traffic. The state is working to improve roads and better traffic flow. Being your from Illinois I don't think you'll have any issues. Realistically the heavy traffic is typically the 5 o'clock work traffic, aside from that it's all good. When your ready look me up. I'm happy to help. God bless
What is the crime rate of Maryville TN

I love the video Thanks for sharing Is it a good place to live
i still love everything Maryville has to offer if i was considering moving....i might consider the surrounding communities. but yes Maryville is a good place to live
How many acres.
Just under an acre at .82
And no land!!!
Great way to give incoming people some insight about moving to Maryville. We moved to Maryville from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates a few years ago. We used Lee & Deb Shane as our realtors (found them on the web from the UAE) and found our house within 10 days of our search (in the outset of the housing market explosion). We love Maryville ...!!
Thanks John, it was such a pleasure working with you and Jaio Jaio. God bless you both.
Thank you , It is so nice to see real people telling their experiences. Very informative about Maryville and the Tennessee
How about 3 reasons not to move to Maryville… 1. farmland is becoming non existent due to developers piling up cookie cutter builder grade homes that you can stand in between with your arms expanded and be able to touch two houses. 2. Schools and roads have become severely overcrowded. 3. The overflow of new construction single family homes and apartments being piled up here has drove the housing market and cost of living through the roof. Utilities have went up per the utility company to compensate for the amount of people that have moved here. Quit advertising what used to be a peaceful town to live in before it gets any worse.
Thank you for watching, I couldn't agree more, Maryville was once a place you "wanted" to live, it has slowly lost its small town charm, I expect some growing pangs while they try to upgrade the infrastructure. Keep an eye out for that coming video. Thanks for the input. God bless

So glad you liked the video, let me know what towns interest you and Ill add it to my list.
Thanks, more to come, thanks for hanging in there. God bless
Great to see a new video !
Love to watch as I start my mornings -
Pigeon Forge is kinda like Myrtle Beach in the mountains.
How about full time RV living?
There are several campgrounds who offer long term stays and there are several new and upcoming campgrounds which I expect will offer the same. I'm happy to provide specifics if you'd like to contact me. Thank you for the comment...this might be a good topic for a new video. God bless
support local community
Amazon is a corrupt corporation
"Progress" is always a mixed bag. You'd always like to have good jobs for your citizens, but you also don't want there to be so many that you draw outsiders into the area in numbers that you lose your way of life. We're certainly considering this area for many of the mentioned reasons, but also plan on doing so because of it's small town lifestyle which I grew up with until development and incompetent government destroyed our town. We want an affordable small town in which to retire, a place which is safe, relatively quiet, not so far away from what a larger community can offer, but enough to meet your daily needs; and Maryville sounds very much like where I grew up before the farms disappeared and the industry was killed off by taxes.
@staciecarverd8136 , you are absolutely correct, I've lived in Maryville for several years back in the early 2000s and there has been massive growth to date, especially in the past couple years. Consider a town on the outskirts of Maryville such as Greenback, Friendsville or Louisville to name a few. Id be happy to discuss local communities. Thank you for the comments and be blessed.
@@LeeShaneREALTOR I will definitely look into those towns as well, and hopefully we can chat more if we decide to relocate down there. Have several matters which must be attended to prior to any personal investigations into relocation. This area is very much like home, rolling hills, farms, smaller towns, yet not too far away from the places you want to shop, eat, and entertain yourself on the weekend. There's also four seasons without snow measured by the foot.
Real-tor sorry had to do it.
I wouldn't live in the city of Maryville for nothing. Corrupt!
Hi my name is Sandra stebbins my son and I are interested in knowing if pigeon forge has any extended stay places or do they have any places to rent on a monthly or weekly rates .my son and I are interested in moving there .thank you Sandra stebbins
Sandra thank you for watching my videos. There are some hotels that offer extended stays. You often get a better rate in the off season. Ive had clients use an Air BnB while waiting for their home to be built. Contact me when you have dates in mind and I'll try to help you locate something. God bless
Full of bedbugs auto and pet theft and tons of drugs sorry just stating the truth it is beautiful but not to live and better Ck your overnight stay place. Nobody ever wants to hear the truth. I live there eight years.
sad that amazon replaces mom and pop businessess.
