CMA set the price at $525, appraisal came in at $485. Price was reduced to $475 to be inline with actual value.
How many square feet! Principal heating/cooling system ! Tax base! County seat! Price?🙏🇺🇸🔔🔔

I'm happy to send you comps. This property is priced below appraised value. 2 years ago during the craziness this cabin would have easily brought mid $600s. I watch the market and try to price homes accordingly and believe this one is reasonably priced , besides most overnight rentals don't have a garage.
