I admire these guys. This is something I would love to do…but…I have a bad back after buying my bike I learned I can barely ride for 1 hour before I have to lay down somewhere the pain is so bad. Anyway I felt…in a way…like I took this trip with them. Thanks for sharing.

I’m 63 years old and have never had a bike with a fairing, nor will I ever. I’m riding my street bob now and crunching those miles.

That ugly coil looks so much better than that pretty horn on the side of your bike. Congrats! Moronic.

I was told I could swap my left lower fork on my 95 fatboy with a newer 2000-05 lower and use the bigger caliper with that and it would be significantly better and cheaper has anyone else done this?

It's a good idea. I can only imagine how bad a single disc with standard pads would be. GG rated pads on twin disc 1450 when I got it. No wonder the last guy sold it.

Thank you for the detailed instructions. I have a 2001 Dyna wide glide and I’m looking to do the same thing. I have bars like yours but not as tall. Do you think it will look the same? Trying to attach a photo…Following up, can’t attach a photo but my bars are like 10” Angeles back at 8”

I bought a fat bob 2008 with dual rotors on front. They will stop you on a dime. I use the back to slow me down and stop with the front and finish with the rear. I consider my back brake my Jake brake because it just holds you back but doesn’t stop you completely unless the front brake is used 😂

I have a 05 CBR 600RR and a 08 Low Rider, the Takiko calipers on the CBR are far superior than the Brembo's on the low rider, in fact my rear caliper seized on the low rider once before a rebuild and about 2 years later after a rebuild. I switched to after market calipers, it's been 8 years with no issues.

I just seen this video, and honestly guys the smile it put on my face whilst thinking about my old friends in the uk, my brother that just past 2 years ago and finding myself as I buy my first bike. man this is life. the music, the clips the friendships. I mean I did a road trip (Car) from New York, Boston, Syracuse, Toronto, Chicago, Orleans, Dallas, Vegas, Cali via the 66 which was cool as f_ _ K. but to do it with your boys on a bike is amazing. as if you found a Prada store in nowhere land lol. I'm about to buy my first bike and i hope that I get the opportunity to to do something similar on a bike. BIG Respect !! glad you all made it safe to the end and hopefully you are all keeping well.

Highway 10 across the southern coast is just a brutal ride. Straight, not much scenery, and long boring hours. It’s a longer drive than people think from NOLA to Daytona. Recognize The Famous Door and Bourbon Cowboy. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

do you zip tie the lever closed with the cap still off the master or do you close that up then zip tie and leave it. I've bled my lines but it is still spongey.

I am on the eastern side of the country, I have ridden through the Appalachian mountains and done the dragon. It is all beautiful. I went to Vegas a few years back and got tired of the strip after two days. I walked from Treasure Island all the way to the Harley dealer by the airport. Their eagle rider was closed and they informed me that the main one is still open. This was another hour walk or so across the highway and into a warehouse district. By the time I got there I told the lady at the counter that I don't care what kind of bike she had, I wasn't leaving there without one. The bike I left on was a street glide. I road that thing to the Hoover dam, to Zion National park, back through Vegas, up to Pahrump, took the back roads out to California, went down through the valleys and canyons to Laguna Beach and back. There is NOTHING that can describe the beauty of the west and as Beautiful as the Smoky Mountains are they cant touch the painted desert. I long to go back, this time on my bike.

6:47 Hey Chainsaw, your vid on how to replace & bleed my front brake line worked PERFECTLY. Now as I'd like to replace all my cables to match my new Magnum Sterling Chromite II ignition wires & brakeline, how do I accurately measure my clutch cable length without removing the old cable? I've accurately measured 70 &1/2" from the clutch handle to ťhe clutch release housing nut on the cable. I'd like to take advantage of Holiday sales on the cable but wait until spring to do the job...Thanks For Your Help In Advance My Friend. (A relatively new subscriber Bob)

Here's a tip. Take off the stock caliper and throw it away. Install a Performance Machine 6 piston for 13" and Galfer Wave 13" rotor. Much better than bigger Ness. Then do the same on the rear.
