Hi, my name is naJohnson I live southern California high desert. We-have backyard, garden and fruit trees, like , apricot peach, nectarine, plum and apples. My question is my tree kept dying from bore Beatles I don’t know what to do trees die every 2 to 3 years we have to replants, every couple of years, What should I do differently please help thank you

Plants respire all the time, not just at night, they are growing/ repairing etc. all the time and therefore using energy produced from respiration (from the sugars and oxygen produced by photosynthesis)
