I’m a visual fine artist! If I’d seen one nude body, I seen them all! He has nothing I haven’t seen before! People kill me when they get all upset over viewing one of God’s most beautiful creations, the human body! It’s a work of art!

I am using tailored insoles because my feet position inwards, which in turn rotates my knees slightly inward, hurting them. Could this approach (featured in the video) help fix knee pain?

In 1965 to 1970 I spent 5 years of The Art School of The University of Washington in Seattle. I was 18 years old. At our 4 hour studios classes all our nude life models were Females, except for only 2 male nude lifmodrls We needed more nude men. I regret not being a nude male model, the pay was 20 bucks an hour For anyone who has never had nude life drawing, they should join a weekend workshop And they should have a professional areducator and several nude models, including nude men 18 years and older, all bodily types, sizes a MN d ages. In my opinion, VO2max is a bit overrated. If you look at how it is tested, the test measures how much air you suck in (divided by body weight in kg). People say it measures how much "oxygen your body uses" but just sucking in oxygen is not "using it". Your body can only operate aerobically up to a certain level of intensity. Beyond that, you're sucking in air to make up for oxygen debt that you start taking on. VO2max only matters after you've established a huge aerobic base of LSD running (you can actually use oxygen). Only then is it a limiting factor in how fast you can go.

I've been thinking about barefoot shoes since last summer, when I made huarache sandals and started wearing them slowly on the beach and grass (simply not on concrete). I was a bit put off by the price as a student though, so I abandoned the idea of switching to barefoot shoes. But as I started a new school and a new city, I found myself seeing barefoot shoes around more and more. Whether out on the street or among new classmates. Now in the spring I've gone back to regular sneakers and knee and hip pain has set in. Now in the spring I've gone back to regular sneakers with a raised heel and knee and hip pain has set in. I was kind of surprised. About two weeks ago I started wearing barefoot shoes (about 6mm sole) and the pain is gone. I'm totally satisfied and can't wait to start reducing the thickness of the sole.

"What the weather is usually like in Tasmania". Actually that is nonsense. Far more days than not, there is blue sky and sunshine - albeit with some cloud in the sky. Hobart has the second lowest amount of rainfall of any capital city in Australia: only slightly more than Adelaide. Also, it is easy to get quite close to MONA by bus. All you have to do is take a bus out into the northern suburbs and then walk about ten minutes across to the museum.

@@chadvaurela4806 That is very true. Not such a problem most of the time though when you're walking around rather than riding a bike. Admittedly, there are rare occasions when the wind is gale force - at which time it's probably more enjoyable to be in a pub imbibing a pint of some great local brew. 😉

I bought a pair of Vibram Five-Fingers (right in the deep end of the barefoot shoe world) and I wore them ... everywhere. The first time I actually decided to wear them I did a short trail walk. The second time I did a 15km hike. The soles were so thin that I was getting a lot of foot pain -- you really do need to watch where you step -- and around 11km into that walk, on the way back down the "mountain", I hit a stony slope which was just too much. I changed back into my regular shoes (Keens) and within two minutes my knees started hurting from the descent. I've been wearing the Vibrams for six months now; wore through the soles and just bought another two pairs, one for everyday wear and one specifically for hiking. There are other barefoot shoes I want to investigate, but I love the Vibrams and I don't think I'd ever go back to non-barefoot shoes!

I am so happy more people are discovering the joy of pocketbooks. At just 17 years old, I have carried a moleskine pocket notebook with blank pages, every single day for almost 4 years. My friends know it as “the little black book” and it has really become stereotypical with my identity. I hope you stick with these long term

I’ve switched to them because I literally am a klutz and kept falling over in cushioned shoes. I do add some extra insoles in mine because I have a tendon issue from all my ankle sprains (from wearing conventional shoes) but I hope to heal it eventually.

I thought that you would say that the memory cards would have been a con, but you didn't mention that at all. Did that even fall into play? Thanks for your thoughts on this camera.

Transitioning to barefoot shoes fixed my foot, knee and back problems. My favorites are Vibram Five Finger V-Trek insulated shoes. I don’t care how they look. They’ve changed my life for the better. The constant pain, especially in my right knee, has completely vanished.
