Watched every episode of this vlog, after finding the 100 I went back to start and a lot of my comments can be found throughout. I think daily is good for routine but I just burn out. I tend to work best with a burst of energy getting a lot done, then not make any videos for a while after they are scheduled. Took me years to figure out the worn flow. I hope figuring out how much you can archive daily while living rest of life; will mean content that takes longer next year will benefit from the year of daily :) happy it means you didn’t go into corporate and hope 2023 is a good year. Here’s to 1k subs and beyond 😊

It’s definitely not as easy as it looks!!

I'm following you from the beginning and although it's tough to watch EVERY episode, I like what you do and I'm happy you decided to make it daily. My experience is (and I did an every-two-days vlog in Polish on my other channel in 2017-2018 for two years) - besides the fact that I learned editing and filming, my life was not changed by this at all. Also, I saw that there's no community at all between creators, those who got lucky and have massive audiences don't give a shit about smaller creators and just think about their own career and their own profit from their audience. But also I think that niching down is now over on KZread, since everybody does it. Just look at smaller tech review channels that try to be like Marques - it just does not work. I think what makes sense today on KZread is to have opinions, character and be consistently predictable - so if you start to publish every 3 days, keep it every 3 days. If it's once a week, keep it once a week for 2 years. And be genuine.

Agree with everything you’ve said bar niching down. The difference is that you can’t just succeed by picking a good niche now like you could five, ten years ago. You need to be equal parts personality, quality and niche to succeed now.

Frank, if you can give your opinion, I’d appreciate. I started my channel with non-vlog videos, about finance and investments. Than, I decided to vlog to show how life in Miami was. After that, I took another turn to show my business, our constructions and etc. And for a few years I was doing both on the same channel: vlogs and non-vlog videos. My question is: do you thing we should have 2 channels? I feel like having one is just like a TV channel with different programs. I’d love to hear your 2 cents on that.

Honestly it’s hard to say, and it really depends on your goals as a creator. If you want to be a personality then I’d say keep it on the one channel, and piggy back the non vlog content with the vlog content to maintain growth in both. If you specifically want to grow and make it your main source of income then definitely two channels. People who are looking for Miami mansion tours and finance videos aren’t necessarily going to be the same people looking for vlog content in Miami. Hope that helps!!

Nothing in particular in mind as of now. A few ideas here and there and I’m sure it’ll be a good one but the vlog is never really s planned entity anyway so I like keeping it random hahaha

I just started a daily vlog 😂 and yea its one of the hardest things to keep up and I'm only on day 9. I'm doing the daily vlog to plainly challenge my self since i'v never been consistent before and I love it! The only thing that does suck is even with the amount of work you put in with each video its possible that only a few people see. KZread has become super completive in which getting any views is hard because more people are doing the same thing. More Creators ---> Less Watchers Thx for the advise! Also you made an awesome video! p.s I already knew that it wouldn't get me views I just honestly love to create even if no ones watching (tho it would be kool lol) If I did somehow make it Ill be sure to shout out you out 🫡 since your content is pretty kool and does deserver more love 🕺
