I dont rlly think its necessarily that red bull are falling off its that theyve hit the performance ceiling of these regs. They understood the regs much better than anyone else so in earlier seasons they had a sizeable gap but due to this better understanding they also closed in on the performance ceiling faster. Now Mclaren and Ferrari too are reaching that performance ceiling

As a driver you cannot control if your engine goes to 13800 rpm in 6 seconds or 6.4 seconds and it represents a couple tenths in a lap. But you can control if you are the team boss. I'm not saying LH is sabotaged but it is very, very possible and if you are a seasoned driver, you know if your car is sabotaged or not. Dude I know my F1 games corner speeds from T1 to T20 for every track, playing for like 6 years? I'm pretty sure Lewis know what his car can do or cannot do. Even I realise "wtf I'm going too slow for this car ", even I'm slower for 0.2 secs. A driver can feel this margin is not organic. Geroge is at a level Leclerc is when it is time to qualify, and Piastri is very close to these three. But Hamilton is no slug. 7-1 against Russel really does not sound realistic man.

Usually, for departers like this to go smoothly one side has to take the high road to avoid tensions. From Mercs perspective, Lewis is going to their current arch rival, its not like he's retiring or going to a back field team, he's going to a close competitor, so I think it's fair that they don't want to involve him as much, just for the sake of not leaking their development plans etc. But then for Lewis, I think he felt a bit betrayed by Merc when they didn't listen to him for the new regs, and they haven't kept their promise to deliver a race winning car for the last 3 seasons. And at this stage in his career, he's only in it to win his 8th championship, he's done everything else; so I think this is just how it goes sometimes, both sides prioritizing self-interest over respect.

I really didn't like the way Nico hid his intention to leave Mercedes till the last race of the 2016 season but now I can see why, Lewis should've done the same to have at least a similar treatment as George. Let's be completely honest here ever since Lewis announced he's move to Ferrari (even though people say it was leaked) Toto has been bitter but he Toto is part of the problem, even though some will say but Lewis said (he will stay at Mercedes) it's Toto that could not convince the board members of Mercedes to give Hamilton the Ambassador role which he fully failed to do, yes I do blame the board members for not giving the role as he fully deserves it, but that was one of the main reasons why there was a last min change, it's Mercedes stubbornness to not give the 🐐🐐 ambassador role, also the "Lewis is not loyal" comments are ridiculous, he has always been loyal, also right now many people will agree that Lewis has made the right choice so good on Lewis 💯💯👍🏾👍🏾
Dude, the board is mainly made up of Toto, the guys over at Ineos who are British by the way and have no issues whatsoever with Lewis and the Mercedes side. Toto had always wanted another driver to replace Lewis. He is on record pre-2021 as having said he would not stand in Lewis way should he decide to join Ferrari because he understands every driver wants to race for the prancing horse. Toto brought in George Russell to upstage Lewis. It was and has always been Toto that wanted Lewis out of Mercedes.
