  I reiterate. Shaka ilembe is a complete lie and a disrespect to the Zulu people and their history at large. Mozambique Zimbabwe is around the corner. Tsonga is not Nguni. It's a dialect closer to Venda which is a subgroup within Shona. During Mfecane Shaka sent warriors to expand the Zulu borders. Shangaan is a new Nation established by a warrior under Shaka's command to expand the Zulu border.In Mozambique, he found different unrelated clans in the south of Mozambique who are not Nguni.If you consult with Shona people or clans which constitute the Shona classification wich you also find in Venda and Shangaan is more a dialect of Shona and Venda is Shona.The Zulu language because of their conquests did also influence in snall influences dialects of Shona and Tsonga and within Shona venda and tsonga you find the same clans and tribes, Shona is a combination of ethnic people found by the Zulu offshoots in Zimbabwe and parts of Zambia. Shangaan therefore can be a hybreed people similar to Kalanaga people.Now to say Tsonga is Nguni you might as well say Shona tswana sotho venda is Nguni because they all had interactions with the Zulu during mfecane. The Sotho and Tswana people had Interaction with Mzilikazi. Soshangaan was not Tsonga neither were those Zulu warriors that were sent by Shaka under the leadership of Soshangaan. soshangaan went on conquest and found the Tsonga in Mozambique.
