I think what makes MacG stand out from the rest of these Podcast and even Broadcasters.. Its his ability to listen and he doesn't try to make himself smart on certain subjects especially politics and other current affairs. He is not in denial of his weaknesses while he also understands his strengths. He has a way of incorporating humour and maintains his rawness and authenticity even in these kinds of serious discussions. He remains true to himself and his biggest strength, is to be able to make his guests feel comfortable amd see him as their friend.. Not the host.

True. I did too. MacG curated this well. The atmostphere was educational and empowering more than fighting out ideas. We need this kind of active citizenry. It needs to be as cool as being a chiller. This episode was necessary! Bra, well needed education

On the issue of the EFF, I feel like these guys didn’t do justice to challenge the white. He makes examples with the Venezuela and Cuba but he left out the devastating effects of the US sanctions on both those countries, before the sanctions Venuezela was thriving, the fall of oil revenue also played a role since they had not diversified their economy. EFF is proposing China lite sort of economics, the government owns the land in China, I live in China and I can attest to it.

Three weeks later and Mike was the one closest with his predictions😂 and correct in almost everything you guys spoke about👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Can we please have a round 2 now that the elections are over🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.

The amount of fear of the policies of Eff by certain people speaks volumes. That there might be a flight of white investors is a fact but to use the example of Cuba and Zimbabwe to run away from implementing Eff policies is short-sightedness. There is a logic to Eff's open African development agenda and it is that South Africa will need the rest of Africa to buffer the anticipated investor flight. One of the main reasons why the land redistribution policy of Robert Mugabe did not work was because South Africa became an alternative to investors and farmers fleeing Zimbabwe. The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) will be immediately implementable if Eff wins and all countries in Africa will benefit but South Africa has the potential to pioneer this and millions of South Africans stand to benefit.

JJ thank you for educating these folks on the issue of operating together as one Africa. That’s what Europeans are doing and look at their Economies💯✔️

I thought mooshtafa was going to be out of place in this conversation, this young gent is going to be someone big in this country, I admire his knowledge and wisdom. Vote for MK, that's not a problem. Allow those who wants to talk TALK, don't come with your small narrowed mind.

It was a very meaningful dialogue. One thing I can't wrap my head around is how everyone kept it respectful. Freedom of expression yet civil with each other. It was so much needed as we are beckoning one of the most defining elections in this country.
