Learn ECG like a cardiologist.
Welcome to ECG land...
I'm Dr. Reza Makhmali, a general physician extremely interested in electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG). since 2021 I have been publishing informative videos on various ECG abnormalities including bundle branch blocks & AV nodal blocks, WPW, bradyarrhythmias and tachyarrhythmias, myocardial ischemia, miscellaneous topics like electrolyte disturbances, drug effects and so on. our mission in ECG land is to help you improve your skills in ECG interpretation by providing real ECG tracings. We believe that the best way to practice ECG interpretation is using ECG quizzes and questions.
So, if you are a health care provider, medical or nursing student and looking for a valuable source of ECG cases, then I recommend you to subscribe ECG land.
By the way, if you have any question about any kind of ECG abnormality ask me, I will answer your questions ASAP.

In the example of 60 year old female with epigastric pain The St t changes are present in contiguous leads ( inferior and lateral wall ) so should be considered as significant ischemic changes ?
Territorial leads means?

If patient Hx and Ph/Ex doe not determine the cause of STE and T wave inversion, Absolutely yes.
