  The future city center will be in pueblo de panay township soon , the new capitol was under construction now, and the site of high rise buildings ,bpos ,condos,mall, university,hospital,etc .

  Although the video hasn't been updated, it's still impressive how your drone captures the picturesque central business district known as the Iloilo Business Park by Megaworld. It makes you feel like you're in a progressive country. As of March 2024, the 19-story international Corporate Plaza has reached almost 80% completion. The construction of the 20th-story Pinnacle Residential Condominium is currently underway and has reached a 60% completion rate. The two structures are located on the south side of the strip.

  Manduriao district could be developed into a BGC like business district of Cebu city w/ many high rise hotels, office n commercial spaces n condominuims....sana mag gawa rin ng malaking public Park dito para pasyalan ng mga tao tulad sa Rizal Park sa Manila....every modern city needs a big open space for the city to bteathe with lots og greenery n trees....

  May malaking limitation ang iloilo sir/maam. According to dpwh ng city bedrock of iloilo is not stable like in other places. I think highrise structures will be significantly limited.
