Your hair is so beautiful and healthy! ♥️ I can see the growth since some of your earlier videos I’ve watched.🥰👏🏼👍🏼 I just started the AD method and I’m already seeing changes in my 4B textured hair. After a week, I’ve already noticed less shedding and easier detangling. My hair is also responding better to styling products now that it’s moisturized and hydrated. I feel like I’ve finally cracked the code on how to care for my natural hair since going natural in 2020.❤️🔥
