  I’m so happy coming off birth control didn’t effect my skin and now my period are less painful however when I was on it I gained 50 lbs and now have pcos

  This video is so good. i am very secure but not always the most confident. I heard this : "confident" has an association of acting or feeling proud of oneself, but "secure" has an association of feeling safe or unthreatened. "confident" often means a feeling that you are satisfied with yourself, but "secure" often refers to a feeling that you are safe where you are.
