  Found this kit on eBay in May and my 2021 MK2 is now pot hole proof. Ive recently added the tri-porter kit and its even better now the barrows overloaded! Now for the power conversion to conquer that hill! Any recommendations?

  I got a set and it needs to be about an extra 3" longer to level the barrow out, saying that they are an improvement just could be better!

  @@carp.fishing Mk2 Carp Porter AD version, front on them is too low, can't balance it out nicely with front bar extended at all even with the ebay conv kit fitted, I balance out with water bottles etc, my next solution is to buy handles with cross bar so can spread weight towards the rear without the gear falling off!

  @@carp.fishing I have a tri porter conversion too, that doesn't change the lean angle, front definitely needs to be higher so you can extend front and balance out, my original limited edition CP (hand made in UK around 2000) did not have the same issues! The suspension is also a gimmick, I just use them locked up, ask him to make longer with or without suspension, I'd buy a longer set in a flash 👍🏻

  This fish has been renamed by myself as the owner said that the next time its caught it can be renamed. I had it last year at 35lb 11 but its been out since at over 37lb. Theres a beautiful ghost carp in there called 'Casper' and that's likely to be over 30lb now. The fish in all the lakes are excellent and I'm due another session as I've got been for a while.

  The specimen pool on this fishery is a great little lake , but it’s not extremely weedy a gravel bottom . Caught my PB from there on a white chocolate boilie topped with a strawberry crush pop up infused in almond power smoke

  Lost the wheel for my mk2! does the upgrade come with the axle bar that goes through the wheel? Could i upgrade to this and grab a replacement wheel? Would save me a new barrow lol

  Nice VLOG Daz. Your fishing some of my regulars from my youth. Im just getting back into it as the lad is now starting as well. I fished Riddings a lot and good friends with Dave who runs the Bowl. You got a link to Angels Lakes from this vid it looks an ok venue. I'm looking to get out more this year and need midlands venues.

  @@carp.fishing I always used to catch from the specimen at Riddings in evenings 5-10 was best on long zigs and on surface or peg one into the right hand margin under the willows. When are you fishing the Bowl? Is that the new Sydicate your on? A mate from collage runs it its where a group of us all spend our college/uni years carping.

  +Tim Jones Yes Tim. when he took over he took some of the pegs out and made it to 3 pegs. The Soil in the back bank actually came out of the bottom of the lake as he wanted to make it a bit deeper for the fish to grow on. he's graveled all the pegs and put paths to them.
