if you order the bigger 2000? battery version, does it still come with the extra stock battery?
Hi I have bought one of these trikes , the instructions says you can put it in high speed gear as comes in slow speed mode from factory. Also says the led light can be turned off , I can’t work out how to do this , please can anyone help😊

I haven’t run my boat yet, but seems it doesn’t have much steering range using the transmitter even in full rate. I can move much further by hand when powered off. Anyone else notice this?
It's quite manoeuvrable as it is, but there's always room for improvement. 👍
I adjusted the centrepoint on the servo on this one,it wasnt even close, as can see steers ok now .

The reason why these tyxin boats can go so fast it’s due to a good pump design and has a scoop in the intake grate

Love this 👌 I have been contemplating trying a 3s in mine, I have 2 of these and they are pretty good as they are but thanks! you saved me frying mine!! 😂 but like you said it’s the perfect excuse to upgrade it to a 3s brushless system 💪
It was only the motor that was damaged. The electronics are fine. I think it was a fluke it burnt out. 👍

@UP-NORTH_RC I'm going to say very little. It's purely a basher / dirt tracker. Still good fun, though, with the right terrain. 👍

In some respects you don't need it. Because most boat parts are available as off the shelf bits.

It might be possible if you put in a bi directional esc you could gain self righting
That's a possibility. Although it never came close to looking like capsizing. I'm not going to say that's impossible, though. It was a very stable boat. 👍
For me it’s just the re assurance that would be worth the price
@@IsaacSchultz-lz8jc I really ,really tried to get it to capsize, one pontoon out of the water a few times, but was surprisingly stablemit's more a trimaran or pontooned monohull,so can carve corners a lot more than with a true catamaran I think, is an interesting hybrid hull shape tbh

These boats look like good fun for the money and I like the catamaran race boat styling! Interesting how that cooling works, I noticed the Jet Jam doesn't have any
It is megafun! If you can get one for an acceptable to you price, it is worth having for sure ,lots of room inside as well for adjustments if needed.
Yeah, it was definitely a blast for the money. Unfortunately, this time of year, you get a bit of detritus in the water.

What brand of assembly grease did he use to seal the hatch ? What color is it . I couldn't see any color in the video . Was it clear ?
Go down to Grrfy,s comment and ask him direct. Because it was his boat. I honestly couldn't tell you. But he will.

What is the esc amp?
I think they were stated as being 20A. But id take that with a pinch of salt.
I have a question which one would be more expensive a jet boat, RC or a motor RC
Both can be had for very little money. I don't think one for of propulsion is cheaper than the other.

I personally wouldn't recommend it. Sometime they are ok with it. Sometimes the esc gives up.

There is a jet boat you should look at it’s the Bancroft jet power sprint boat, it’s a 25inch brushless jet boat for a decent price

I think you just plug the battery in. I don't think it has an on/off switch. 🤔

Hello. Your possibly right. Like Grrfy mentioned in the video, the 15A esc probably isn't up to much!
Maybe you should upgrade the Tyxin to brushless and then compare it and try to keep it in the same price range as the packer boat.

The problem is the brushed version is just as fast. So its just not worth it!

Hello. Yes I've been testing loads of boats recently! Sort of got a bit obsessed :). I had a load of control issues with my 915 so it was returned. Although I wouldn't mind trying another one. I think you should when the time comes upgrade the motor, as you can make them silly fast!!!!
@@theminiatureconstructionco4556 Yep, that 915 I almost passed on completely after seeing the issues you had, but I figured I'd take a chance. And if it was bad, I'd just return it.. but it was on sale for 40% off, so I gave it a go. The one I got was the revised version '915-A' ..so it had some updated bits, but slower than the original. 👍
I’m getting the brushed one is brushless better or not for the price
Brushed is the way when we compared them we were very surprised, the brushed also has self righting and a small amount of reverse thrust unlike the brushless.
Hello! Get the brushed!!!! Its cheaper, just as quick, has a nicer transmitter, handles as well if not better, has a bit of reverse and has self righting like my colleague mentioned. In this case there is no advantage too buying the brushless, unless you like wasting money!!!!!

A very surprising result, brushed is alo self righting and has a bit of reverse.
Yep we were very surprised when we tested it that it really wasn't any better! Save your money and buy the brushed!!

Thats a nice little boat for the price! I'm interested in buying one, and i'm wondering if i can buy spare batteries. I see it has a 4 pin connector which is rare. Would i be able to modify 3 pin batteries?
Hello! Sorry for the delay in replying. I think you can get spare battery's yes. I'm sure I've seen them on AliExpress? I personally in the near future, am going to fit a different connector. And find some small li-po's to use.

I don't think they were. But they were not meant for this rc. You can buy specific ones which are. 👍
It looks like those floats are to large and heavy so the tug suffers in maneuverability. I think using small plastic fishing bobbers would be better.

The one thing I really like about the boats is the water cooling systems. This little one is pretty neat for the money. I like the coloring, and you could keep it in your car for a random pond session 😁
That's one of my favourite things is to watch the little arc of water. Spurt out of the exit hole for the cooling 😂. Definitely good for random ponds. 😅

I’ll be building out one of these into another 4wd version like I did with my D12. Really like this body and I have a fix for the bed flex.

nearly brought something like this but then I realised it's not very good. will break in a few days and the fun just stops. then should we talk about sensitivity of the controls? some will speak how bad it is with hyper go...most just replace it's that bad
