I live in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. The selection of perfumes in the high end malls here are disappointing. Through Fragrancenet I have to order $100 of perfume for free shipping. That's no problem and it gets here in about two weeks. Since it's perfume, they can't ship by air. Ground only. I've been using them for about 3 years now without any problems. I do a lot of blind buying, but I pour over reviews carefully. Still...I get a bad surprise once in a while.

1. The GOOD - They deliver the actual fragrance. 2. The MID - Packaging is nothing special, I've ordered >10 fragrances in multiple shipments. Never had the primary package show up broken but two times the samples inside have been broken with glass scattered inside the box. 3. The BAD - On orders over some value which they do not disclose, they automatically put the order on 'HOLD' to verify they will receive the money from credit card process. They may (or may not) send you an email to verify personal information like name, address, etc. I had one order which was around $500, I paid for one day expedited shipping. They placed it on hold, emailed me as noted above, and it was on hold for four days before it shipped. After a call, they did refund the expedited shipping payment but when they shipped on Friday, they did it via UPS without Saturday delivery and signature required, so it would not show up until Monday. I had ordered it on Tuesday, so it took a day less than a week to get it to me with one day shipping. I had to delay some travel to receive the package - it was very frustrating as I had already ordered a lot from them. When you mentioned the time to ship, I think this is related to them putting it on hold to make sure they get the funds before shipping.

It all depends on your skin but for me, I still smell it after 3-4 hours. Im sure you can get more performance during the summer months and if you spray on clothes. I wouldn't be surprised if some people have had it last for longer.

Hi. In Fragrance net, they say testers might come without the cap or without the box. The question is: The picture is accurate of what you will receive? Meaning... there are pictures of testers that you can see clearly that come without the cap, and there are pictures of testers that come with the cap. Should I assume that if the photo of the product comes with the cap, then what will be missing is the box only??? Or there's the possibility that even when in the picture the cap is on, it can come without the cap?

Great question! Some points from my experience: “Missing box” just refers to the original design of the box. You’ll always receive the bottle in a box; either brown or white. I’ve received 2 testers in a brown box, and one tester in a box with the original design but muted colors. Missing cap in photos: I’ve heard people’s experiences vary with what’s shown in the images and what they receive. I have been fortunate enough to receive my testers with caps, but I don’t remember if the image had a cap when I ordered, my apologies! I believe there’s always a possibility that the cap might be missing, even if it’s shown in the image. I know that might not be much help!

You need to get outside the box more. In my years of buying, Fragrancenet has always been, by far, the absolute WORST!!! They were always the last option for me. Now, I don't even consider them anymore. You are way better off to pay 10 or 20 dollars more and get what you want from somewhere else. Once they have your money, they do not give a F*** about you.

it just happened again . I ordered Aramis Adventurer they had 6 bottles on Friday the first by Sunday the third they had 3 left . So I pull the trigger Sunday 5 am before work mind you its labor day weekend I get it the delay order was received on Tuesday the 5th .It still hasn't arrived and paid the fee for 2 day delivery here we are and it is her fault because they take the money the order process is taking your money from your account when they don't have these items available

After I placed my order I was charged $14 more than I agreed to! Don't try calling bc you'll NEVER get to talk with anyone. After I spent 45mins waiting for someone to answer after being on hold, I had 2 other ppl calling for me too! Even being told by the recording to hold on and someone would be with me shortly bc I was a "valued costumer" we spend a total of 3hrs and 34mins hold. Noone ever answered any of our calls after being put on hold!! It wasn't about the money to being with bc errors can be made and I thought it would be made right asap! Since this wasn't the case, now I am beyond mad🤬🤬 Just wondering, has anyone else had a situation similar to mine??

That’s odd for sure! In my experience, it’s better to email them than to call them. It’s so hard to get a rep on the phone unless you call during business hours. I hope your issue gets resolved! The only thing I could think of that would make the price go up $14 is if you chose any form of expedited shipping.

I had fragrances I purchased from the department store. I made my first purchase buying those fragrances from FragranceNet. They smelled and looked identical to what I bought from the department stores. I then bought minis to try fragrances and went to the department store to smell the fragrances. They smell and look identical. I believe they are legit. I had one shipping issue, but other than that, I haven't had problems. I feel safe buying from them.

I like FragranceNet. They’ve never failed me and while the cologne is clearly grey market and a bit older it depends on what the scent is as to whether it’s old or not. My Aventus is from England and from 2022. That’s acceptable for me. Still less than a year old.

I might try a legit full price bottle to see what the difference is sometime. Shipping for me was quick to FedEx then sat at the local distribution center for a couple days before coming from there to my house. Total about 4 days.

Yes I have. Ordered ombre rose. As soon as I placed order they charged ten dollars more. No on answers phone. Ordered eu de parfum from perry ellis. They sent Edt. No one answered phone ever. Fragrances is pure alcohol. Emailed and told them. They asked if I received my eu de toilette . They do no have English language mastered.emailed 3 times, same response. I will never order again. Out of almost two hundred dollars.😢

I had fragrances I purchased from the department store. I made my first purchase buying those fragrances from FragranceNet. They smelled and looked identical to what I bought from the department stores. I then bought minis to try fragrances and went to the department store to smell the fragrances. They smell and look identical. I believe they are legit. I had one shipping issue, but other than that, I haven't had problems. I feel safe buying from them.

I like FragranceNet. They’ve never failed me and while the cologne is clearly grey market and a bit older it depends on what the scent is as to whether it’s old or not. My Aventus is from England and from 2022. That’s acceptable for me. Still less than a year old.
Yeah! You’ll never know how they were cared for, even at retail, so saving a lot of money helps !
@@fragrancejoe The bottle of aventus I bought is $350 retail and was $120 off on FragranceNet. Still not cheap but way cheaper than direct from creed. I might try a legit full price bottle to see what the difference is sometime. Shipping for me was quick to FedEx then sat at the local distribution center for a couple days before coming from there to my house. Total about 4 days.

On fragrance net it doesn’t specify whether there is a cap or not on the tester is there a way how can I tell?
The only way I’ve been able to tell is on the image they provide, the ones I’ve ordered that had a cap on the image came with one and the ones that did not have a cap on the photo did not come with one. But every situation is different! I’m not sure what others have experienced
