On fragrance net it doesn’t specify whether there is a cap or not on the tester is there a way how can I tell?

The only way I’ve been able to tell is on the image they provide, the ones I’ve ordered that had a cap on the image came with one and the ones that did not have a cap on the photo did not come with one. But every situation is different! I’m not sure what others have experienced

Pls reply will they turn faster? Since they arent sealed?

That’s a great question! It’s really hard to know when fragrances will turn mostly because we don’t know how well they’re stored, or how long they’ve been stored. This applies to buying at full retail as well! All the fragrances I’ve bought are still going strong.

Hi. In Fragrance net, they say testers might come without the cap or without the box. The question is: The picture is accurate of what you will receive? Meaning... there are pictures of testers that you can see clearly that come without the cap, and there are pictures of testers that come with the cap. Should I assume that if the photo of the product comes with the cap, then what will be missing is the box only??? Or there's the possibility that even when in the picture the cap is on, it can come without the cap?

Great question! Some points from my experience: “Missing box” just refers to the original design of the box. You’ll always receive the bottle in a box; either brown or white. I’ve received 2 testers in a brown box, and one tester in a box with the original design but muted colors. Missing cap in photos: I’ve heard people’s experiences vary with what’s shown in the images and what they receive. I have been fortunate enough to receive my testers with caps, but I don’t remember if the image had a cap when I ordered, my apologies! I believe there’s always a possibility that the cap might be missing, even if it’s shown in the image. I know that might not be much help!

@@fragrancejoe I got you, bro! 👍🏼😆 On a serious note, another KZreadr mentioned the risk of AIR entering uncapped testers, and hence, ruining the “juice.” 🤔 I can see it in THEORY, but the OPENINGS of these sprayer caps are pretty SMALL, so is the risk of SPOILAGE overblown? 🤔 Thx, bro! 👍🏼

Honestly, I don’t have an answer. My only curiosity is what about fragrances that don’t come with caps? Do those spoil? Like the coach line up or the bad boy lineup or the Prada lineups. Also, some testers do come with caps, all the ones I’ve bought have come with caps. My biggest concern is always how the fragrances are stored. My understanding is that extreme changes in temperature and humidity can affect juice. But realistically, you’ll never really know if juice is good until you get it and spray it. This is of course all from my perspective and I don’t know much haha

@@fragrancejoe What I find WEIRD is… WHO is manufacturing bottles WITHOUT them? 😳 I mean, you already went through the effort of manufacturing the bottle (probably the MOST expensive part), why bother saving a few extra PENNIES and not make caps for some of them? 🤔 Go figure. But thanks for clueing the rest of us in on what a tester ACTUALLY is! 👍🏼👏🏼🙂
