Lists Eh? Missing for me. Iron Maiden. - Too many starts. 'Live After Death', concerts. I wish you had gone to 10. :) Thanks for sharing. :) It is amazing how powerful, those 'Dominant 5ths' can be. :) I've been to concerts, where they aren't allowed to be played as the crowd, might be a little wild. :) Agree with all your choices too. :)

I saw him a few years ago at a free gig here in Helena, Montana and fell in love with his album Dogs In The Daylight. Sooooooo good.

FFS. Please stop playing over the song. If I wanted to listen to you I would. It’s supposed to be a reaction not a sing along. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I know the song well, in fact, our band plays it...but you must be tuned down 1/2 step....because in standard tuning, it's in B, modulates to a C.... right?Am I nuts?

His tuning is D A E A D. It’s a gorgeous tuning with the 2 sets of octaves and the 3rd down the middle. It also make playing incredibly easy

I think if you listen to beats and percussion a significant amount, that you can hear a song for the first time and pretty much guess what the drums are going to be, when, the fills and the breaks. I Dj at home and have been in local raves/club nights and a "dj contest". So i hear and use the drums to start, end and cue for my remixes and mashups/sets/tracks. And i can guess most songs and their structures and drum sequencing. Its how i can hear a song and know what drum beat from a second song would fit perfectly, almost to the bpm.

BBs band was fantastic. He would always jokingly complain about them and chastise them on stage, but they were so well adapted to dealing with the way he liked to sort of MC a show. They had to constabtly be on the lookout for dynamics, or ready to bring it back around.

As a deadhead of 40 years, having gone to my first show in 1988 at the age of 13, this version of this song literally brings tears to my eyes. It's the epitome of Jerry's improvisation to me. You couldn't challenge any other guitarist to write a better solo, and Jerry does it off the cuff. It's just mind blowing.

I'm pretty sure I understand English. I mean, I think I speak it. I should be able to understand it then. Way back when, I was an English major, if I recall anything about college correctly. At least that's what my degree says. But this guy is talking in terms I simply do not understand. How about a 40 second "guitar solo for dummies" explanation about this solo and why it rocks. thanks. hit the two or three main points then move on
