Adding a oil stabilizer reduces your additive package in your oil, the reason for the engine knock is because of a stablizer.

Looks good. I think you should have gotten rid of that rust or at least put some converter on it. With just primer and Raptor, it’ll probably be a problem again at some point. Nice work overall. Edit: Man, I just noticed that you didn’t wear a respirator. Not a good choice. Please protect yourself better. That stuff is very poisonous.

I provided them with the number on your can. Wondering if maybe I didn't communicate what I needed so they could provide me with the gunmetal pearl color. Thanks!

Thanks for the run through. I have a different problem on my '06 LJ... One of my long-legged sons jammed the driver's seat back so far on the track it won't slide or lift forward. Wish he lived closer so I could give him the tools and have him pull the seat, cuz that is the only way I'm going to be able to get under there and hopefully free it up.🙄

Your hurting the engine at start up with that thick of oil the first number represents the thickness while cold running a 50W in the winter months is NOT a good idea The oil will not be able to make it's way through all the smaller oil ports in the engine as well

Worth a try. Not sure if that works
@jamesfairmind22475 ай бұрын
@@franksgarage13 Actually having thought about it I believe it doesn't matter which way the motor turns, it is down to which direction the activator arm is set, so as in most cars like Mercedes, the same motor and gearbox unit can serve RHD or LHD, it is down to the arm mechanism, not the motor.
