Hey man! I really LOVED this video & it’s couldn’t have come up at a more perfect time! I gotta ask tho.. would u recommend doing the full compost for peppers?? I’m transplanting some stuff in my garden today & was THRILLED to find ur video. I transplanted a few of my tomatoes in 10lb grow bags with some mulberry clippings at the bottom to help take up some room… & I anted to do the same for some heirloom peppers in the 5lb bags. I’m in a weird spot where I actually have more compost than coir/peat/seed starting mix so I’d like to stick to compost if I can. I’m using grow bags to kill the grass/weeds so I can start the no dig method! Once I’m done with these crops(since they’re already months in) , I’m literally gonna just pluck em & toss the soil over, maybe throw some other matter… bAdA bing bAdA boom. Lol But was curious if u have tried full compost on peppers yet & if so what the results were like. Again, awesome video man!💗🙏🏻

Growing one or two plants of each variety on each side is basically meaningless, especially when growing from seed. There's so much variation in plant genetics from one seed to the next that you don't know whether the variation was due to the environment or the genetics. You need many plants of each type, and they should all be independent of each other to begin to see a real difference.

We started gardening in 2021. We built a greenhouse with three deep raised beds. We filled each bed with manure, grass, leaves, and then we grew in trays on top of the beds - not in the composting beds directly. In only 2 and 1/2 years we were able to fill all of our other garden beds with the homemade compost. This is so rewarding.

@@goliathonline69 Yes, because stating something is “common knowledge” equates to “shaming” people, specifically “shaming” them in the gym. Big brain logic there. Good for you for putting on your big boy pants.

@@goliathonline69 For those who took school, did any kind of fruit/vegetable picking of any kind, or even had a houseplant, never mind a garden of any size, you’re taught the very beginning basics of how plants grow. How “energy” is dispersed and how it relates to production of pollen, buds, flowers, fruit, vegetables anything that comes off a plant of any kind. This man 100% knows this and those in the comments were likely well aware of how plants work and yet never put that thought to use for more than a second to truly comprehend the basic lesson. You cut off *any* thing from a plant and it immediately redistributes the energy to other parts of the plant, ie the garlic, vegetables, fruit, buds whatever. This is not exactly new information and perhaps more would know that if they didn’t spend so much time scrolling through short videos which require barely any thought.
