My Mason said my septic tank he needs 500 blocks,is it small or plenty
I don’t know how big yours is,I bought 400 6 inches blocks but we used only 324 blocks. Mine measures (Length 12 ft ,width 6ft and Depth 10 ft) I hope this helps you bro. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.🤝
@@CITIZEN_ANDOH okay bro,am not in Ghana but daddy is in charge of it he too confirmed to me,please if I may ask which pipes is good for the washrooms for cold and hot water
@@Kwesiprince31 I got you bro. If you have the means, please try and let Daddy get the plumber the green pipes,PPR. That’s the best pipes to use . Please watch the link below. That’s how I did mine. Thanks so much dear. You’re doing great with your project too.🙏🏽🙏🏽
Very cute septic tank.I like how small it is. Thanks for inspiring us all the time with your project
Thank you for the compliments. I do appreciate it 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Is it adviserable to drill a borehole before you begin your house building?
Yes it is.It helps you save money especially if you would have to buy tanks of water to your site for your project. You just have to make sure the drilling is done at the right place. I hope this helps you. Thanks 🙏🏽
Wow,good job
@@Baidujoseph23 You’re the man behind this amazing job. Thank you for everything you’ve done in our absence. God bless you my brother 🤝
wow!! i love the gate design and colour😍.thanks for sharing your experience with the artisan!
@@rubyamanda9009 Rubyyyyy. Thanks dear. Yea that guy gave me a tough time. Baidu K wasn’t around at the time so he chose to do things his own way.
nice wall work here🤩🤩.will the pillars within the walls be all sealed up after the wall screeding or a bit of the pillars will show up for decorative purposes?
@@rubyamanda9009 The pillars will be plastered but have different paintings from that of the walls. The front view walls would have a touch of designs and lighting.😁😁
Awesome 👏🏼

Beautiful landscaping. Can’t wait to see its finishing. Your house is an inspiration 🤝

Folks, will you go for natural or artificial landscaping aesthetics and why? 😊
@@rubyamanda9009 Mowing of the natural grass regularly is what is given me headache by wanting to do artificial 😂😂😂

I am excited to be the first to comment 😅 Interesting content here Citizen! Will you use artificial grass and flowers or it’s all going to be natural?
@@rubyamanda9009 Yayyyyyy🤩🤩. I’m thinking of artificial grass and all natural flowers. I really wish I could do natural grass too so I’ll weigh the pros and cons and make a better decision. You know you would definitely be the first to know😁

@@JusticelukaAcheaw Aww Bro,just trust the process. You’ll surely get there soon
Yes🤩
Yes you are right. They had the grinder but it was being used by electricians same time the plumber was working. Thanks for your thought 🙏🏽
Let them cut the walls with grinders for a neater and safer work instead of hammering / bolstering the walls / blocks out to avoid severe cracks / damages to the walls.
More damp proof paints 👍🏾🤝🏾
I always like how you are very detailed on the project description and also talk briefly. 😊 also the quotes at the end of the videos are very thought provoking! Overall, congratulations on your project! You’re doing so well 🙏🏾
Ms Rubyyyyy… Thanks for your encouragement and compliments. I really appreciate them 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Awesome video, very informative and well detailed. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much for the compliment dear🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Bro why are you painting the underside of house black paint.Any reason
Hello Bro,that’s a waterproof bitumen paint to prevent rainwater and underwater from damaging the base of the house. I have a full video on it and you can watch it out. I hope this helps you. Thank you 🙏🏽

Hi, can you clarify something for me please. I’m in the process of plastering my 4 bedroom one storey building. The mason is charging 45000gh, 270 bags of cement and 4 trips of sand. Is this not outrageous?
Hello dear. Gh45,000 as labor for the plastering of the description of your project is way too much. I spent Gh28,000 as labor for plastering my 5Bedrooms house and less than 200 bags of cement were used. Also 3 trips of sand should be enough for your project. I understand location can affect your cost but the asking price and 270 bags of cement is certainly outrageous. If you don’t mind, you can share both my exterior and interior plastering videos with him and talk to him for reduction. Whatever the outcome maybe, feel free to reach out to me again and I will offer the best help I can. You can also reach out to my contractor for any guidance and advice as far as your plastering is concerned. Thanks for reaching out and all the best with your project.🙏🏽
@@CITIZEN_ANDOH Thanks for your response, according to the one supervising the project, he said the burglar proof installation is part and they need to do some chiseling works as well. Per the estimation, it's about 85000gh for the whole job.
@@SamuelOwusu-Ansah-qv5pp 😳😳😳 Can you please email me on [email protected] ?
Please read the instructions well before using the rod. First the drilling is not on point and the tool used in cutting the rod is wrong. There is a special tool or at least a very sharp knife/blade. Dryrod is a higher version of the damp proof creams.
I read the instructions thoroughly before ordering the product.Yes I knew there is a cutter for the rod, ordering it online would have delayed my shipment to Ghana.Using a different tool in cutting the rod does not defeat its purpose anyway. Thanks for your comment,I appreciate it.
Looks good 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Thanks for the compliment 🙏🏽
Please can I get his number
Please i Need your number
great work
I appreciate your encouragement dear🙏🏽
I am going to close my eyes and dig a borehole. I am spending 70 GHC per trip for water and it is not funny anymore.
I’ll encourage you to get it done if you have the means now. That’s money saver dear. I was spending Ghc200 per tanker ooo😁. Keep pushing dear, you’ve done marvelous with your project so far.💪🏽
@@CITIZEN_ANDOH Thank you.
@@ourfamilytree5931 You most welcome 🙏🏽
And pls how much does the truck that mixes cement cost per day for a flow work?
I’ve forgotten about the price already 😁😁. Don’t worry I’ll get you the price tomorrow Thursday.
The concrete mixer machine cost was Ghc1,100 for 2 days as at January 2023. I hope this helps.
Hi Andoh, who did your electricals in Ksi. ? Were you satisfied? Can you link him?
Hi dear.Sorry for the late response. Francis did my electrical work from the Decking to the phase one of my electricals and yes I was very satisfied and I’m keeping him for all my electrical works. +233 54 618 2171,that’s his contact.
There are miracles everywhere for those who can see it.look at how water comes out of the ground.
You are absolutely right 😍
Please hoe, much did, it cost for the borehole
💯, do the borehole soon as possible if you can. It has actually saved me fortunes. My advice is to ask for the hole to accommodate two pumps.
Oh yea, that saves you money. I spent so much on water from my foundation up to this current state. Thanks for your contribution 🙏🏽
@@CITIZEN_ANDOH Bro I had to bite the bullet and get it done before the block work. I was if I'm going to do one in the future then I might as well do it now but I comes with buying a Gene. too if you don't have power supply 😁😁😁
@@everymanisyourteacher9951 That was a bold step to take. That additional cost for generator😂😂😂. We’ll tell our story some day bro, let’s keep pushing.
very informative content here! is dump proof the the plastic that is laid on the ground of foundation? can bitumen also go a long way to avoid damp surfaces on walls?
You are absolutely right my Sister,it can go along with the Bitumen, exactly what I’ll be doing soon on my external walls
