Andoh, are you related to the other Citizen with the building KZread Channel? I love the color of the roofing sheets, bright red. They did a clean job except the pockets of cement that fell here and there. Have there been any leaks since the roofing? Was the external roofing included in roofing cost or it was a separate charge? Keep up the great works because it encourages others who are doubting themselves

We ain’t related dear. There’s not been any leaks after the installation.All three sides of the walls were intentionally deeply chiseled and the edges of the roofing sheet inserted to prevent any leaks. Yes the external roofing was part of the total cost. Thanks for your compliment and encouragement.🤩

@@joycelynasuamahsiaw I believe the aluminium strip rolls are imported but the designing of the roofing sheet is rightly done at their workplace in Kumasi. I hope this helps and thanks for being a part of this channel 🙏🏽

That would solely be based on the measurement of the house.Have your Carpenter or an estimator from a roofing manufacturing company do the measurements and give you a quote. Different companies may give you different prices for the same measurements. I hope this helps.

@@frimpongcollins129 For accuracy,wood work must be done first but they also do the quote if you have a drawing plan for the roofing with dimensions.

Yes it was a great deal compared to the other 2 companies.They are located in Kumasi but I believe you can talk to them about it.Being in Accra shouldn’t be a problem at all. Compute with $250/sqm...... therefore expect to spend about $90,000 for a basic finished completed 5 bedroom of your dimensions specified. On a tight budget. This excludes the cost of the land. I would say to the standard of a regular government standard doctors bungalow. My experience. So at current Ghc11 to the dollar = Ghc990,000( ie;-About 1 Million GHS)
