  I have a friend who has lost a lot of hair. She goes to a special coiffeur who glues on a headpiece and it stays in place for a month, and looks like her own hair.

  Liz you are brilliant. A few years ago when I was diagnosed with cancer I cut my long hair in anticipation of needing a wig. I never did need it but I still have the hair in case I need to use it. You gave me a way to use it if I ever need it. Thank You kind lady. Deb

  I use a wet saucepan scrubber to loosen and lift the background pigment in order to lighten it.

  Dear Elizabeth: After reading your late life with your husband Max, I was very impressed, and particularly of you as, after he passed away, you have returned back to sea. I´m a retired doctor, living in La Manga, South East Spain, and if your sailing is bringing you any time to here I´ll be very pleased to meet you and your boat. I´m the owner of an Etap 23 1990´. May wife and me we usually sail almost avery day particularly in summertime. Best wishes !!
