Awesome any work around with iPhone connecting bug?
5:28 no wonder, when I manually tracked multiple workouts in watchOS 11 beta 1 besides doing the ones from Apple Fitness+ stacks I had to go on the Smart Stack once the app froze and when I access it from the Smart Stack the app crashed. It made me have to keep ending each separate workouts
I bought one from Amazon and till this day it's working fine.not one scratch.working well

What happens if you didn’t delete the device from your iCloud ? But did factory reset on the phone twice it was all wiped when I double check
The iCloud is just checking to make sure it’s no longer connected to iCloud. As long as it’s gone you’re good. If it still there then you can remove it just to make sure the new owner doesn’t have issues setting it up.
since ive installed the new beta ive seen a bulseye symbol where you normally get the notification dot and the symbol is pulsing like something is running in the background but i havent got a clue what it is anyone else have this issue or know what it is?
Might be something with live activities coming over from the iPhone. I know I had an NBA icon up there for a while in the last beta.
@@TheAppleBiassame I do get the respective app icon such as MLB, Starbucks and/or Burger King when it pulls a live activity from my iPhone Lock Screen.
apple watch is still a joke for sleep or recovery its crazy the third party apps are better for ytears now then tjhe standard apple software apps

Correct. Right now you have to do one at a time. They’re both using the same technology and my guess is Apple is worried about lag if both are used together.
honestly third party mice always give me headaches… magic mouse is also not a viable option for me because of the ergonomics or rather the lack thereof… which is why I use the magic trackpad…
The Mx master 3 has been the least headache mice for me. I remember it didn’t work with the Vision Pro when I had it for a short time as well. But that was the only real issue I came across until now. It’s def a choice Apple is making and I hope they add support for them otherwise I feel like there could be some backlash.
The fact you cannot use both at the same time is actually a good security feature.
I think it done as more of a bandwidth thing to prevent lag, than a security feature.

The introduction of the Smart Stack and getting rid of the Siri face ruined the Apple Watch for me. I never use the Smart Stack and I almost never want it to pop up and it almost always does.
I’m getting used to it. With the live Activities on I think it automatically pops up now. So you’d probably really hate the beta.

Sadly you can’t. The graphite and gold have a DLC layer which is a special coating. At least that’s what I’ve always been told. A jeweler may have something they can do.
Do you see yourself using iPhone Mirroring?
It’s a feature I am most looking forward to. I’m intrigued to see if I can then play games with the keyboard/trackpad

I feel like I would use this all the time. I’ll have my phone charging on the other side of the room (maybe I should finally get the MagSafe cable I bought set up to use at my desk 😅), and I’ll want to check something on it, but don’t really want to go get it. Or, if I’m on the couch and it’s in standby on my charging stand, now I won’t have to take it off of there
Is one of them 8gb ram and other 16gb ram? Or both 16gb ?

I noticed when I deleted texts on the watch, they deleted on the iPhone… which is something it’s never done before. And honestly? I don’t like that at all.
That’s weird that should have always been the case if you have the Messages iCloud syncing on.

Hey, Is the automatic sleep tracking causing any additional battery drain on apple watch?
Not that I noticed but probably too early to tell. The fact that you didn’t get all the vitals data was enough for me not to want to use the auto tracking.
I will still use Sleep Schedule even with auto sleep tracking. However, the biggest use for auto sleep tracking is when I travel or take naps in the afternoon. I tend to doze off on the plane or sometimes in the afternoon and the naps are never registered. Now I can track those as well.
Im looking forward to this. I always have my phone on silence and just get small vibrations on my watch. And I never get notifications when I sleep, why would I? Its the middle of the night.. A most welcome change!
Interesting. I always wake up to about 10+ notifications that came in overnight with emails, comments and a few other apps.

Explorer has been my favourite face since my first Apple Watch. There are a few faces which are pretty poor so why remove Explorer?
I’m guessing they have some kind of stats on what faces are used the least. Explorer was always a weird one, because at least originally it was cellular models only and was the only watchface that could show your cellular strength on it from the watchface. Since then they added it as its own complications. I still find it weird that they would bother with removing any one of them since people can pick and choose which one show up.
MacBook Pro + iPad Mini

I had an issue when I first installed beta 1 where charging my Series 6 on my third party 3 in 1 charger would randomly stop, and the watch would say “charging not supported on this charger” or something. But after having it for like 2 weeks now, it hasn’t done that at all, thankfully (I’ve rebooted the watch only twice since then I think). Hopefully I don’t run into that issue at all with beta 2
I doubt it seems like 3rd party chargers are working better with beta 2 as well from what I am hearing.
I use sleep tracking all the time. Glad to see they are adding detection of naps too as that’s the only reason I use a third party app as well as Apple Sleep app as it picks those up too but Apple sleep didn’t. Even though I have a sleep schedule I don’t use wind down and can’t stick to the schedule times (not sure anyone could) Once I go to bed I just tell Siri to start sleep mode, no need for do not disturb.
Yeah sleep mode basically is a sleep version of dnd

You haven't heard anything about the Ultra 3? Don't have the ultra 1 paid for yet but just curious.
A lot of the rumors so far are on the series x(10) which is suppose to be getting new band connector and larger screen up to the size of the ultra. Only thing I’ve heard on the ultra so far is that it could be getting my the darker titanium color this year.
I have watchOS 11 beta 2 on my ultra 2 and I love the photos watch face

What would you like to see Apple add to watchOS 11?
My wrist size is 6 inches or 160 mm, and the Apple website suggests size 5. I have heard of people sizing down even further, but I have never had a braided solo loop so I don’t know whether to go by Apple’s suggested size or whether to size down one size.
Do you have an Apple Store close buy they’d probably let you try it on. If not they do have a 14day return policy. I’d size down a try it out for a week.
Now they just need the add font changes and line spacing and indentation to notes app. Ugh it bugs me cause I love scribble in notes to write stories, which obviously I have to format properly. Andilike puting the OpenDyslexic font on everything I can, which I managed add into my old ipad but it won't work in all the apps or the ipad itself. They should add a font change option in settings for the ipad at least, for accessiblity at least.

Maybe for their tv but not on laptops. I made this video over 2 years ago and have yet to use it. Most monitors these days can be hooked up with USB-C.

Do you track your sleep track with the Apple Watch?
Yes, and even the Vitals app is a huge help. My S6 gold SS still tracks automatically sometimes if I slept in a few more mins from the wake up alarm; it calculated my respiratory rate. I have my pulse oximetry still on in the background like my heart rate so that was still measured as well.
It was hilarious that 50$ watches could auto track your sleep but a 500$ watch couldn't.......
It’s always been able to with 3rd party software. Some which were free. Apple just finally decided to add it in there. But I think their sleep system is still the better way to do it.
Apple's approach to sleep has always been to encourage users to make habitual changes to sleep, not just to detect it on watch for metrics. By using sleep focus everyday, it builds a healthy habit by limiting screen time and distractions. If you sleep track without sleep focus, you are definitely gonna get distracted by notifications. Even with this auto sleep detection, I would still suggest you use fixed sleep schedule mode everyday.

the fact that with the lesser processor and half the ram it still competed well with it is still good to know.
Can you see your actually wrist temperature from the app? Also any chance we see night mode on other watches besides the ultra?
It’s buried but you can see the actual temp in the health app on the iPhone. I could see them possibly brining it to the series 10, but I have a feeling they won’t be adding it to older watches.
