Open Fortress's Gump was my first "click with me" moment in the game. Haven't played it in a long time, but I'm sure gonna be there when 1.0 comes out and go to play 3 hours straight of Gump again.

What I like about Open Fortress is the mercenary character. In my opinion, he is a character who can develop with the others to become the eleventh class of the team. I say eleven because the Civilian is the tenth VIP class in Tf2 Classic. This would be a universal class since it can obtain all the weapons in the game with the exception of the reduced damage so as not to abuse the abilities.

The best thing that could happen to Open Fortress if it was allowed on Steam, since the current way to install it is a major hassle compared to clicking an "add to library" button. But since Valve is Valve and makes dozens of millions of dollars per day, they don't need to do anything to make money.

I once played this mode with my friend, and the strat was simple, they were 2 boxer heavies, and me a conch and disciplinary action soldier suppoeting them, but somehow i ended up in the last point alone against the defense, and somehow i got 3 kills by myself before dying

I would have to say the zatoichi is S tier, healing is fairly limited inside of medieval mode, and while you do get the small health packs on kill, it isn’t amazing. For large fights, you can keep kicking for a long time.

The third degree does actually apply, amputator heals count as being healed so all in the healing area get damaged

I dont really agree with the shaunshas placing, sniper is a character your almost never gonna be out on the feild with, so its not bad for the situations where up on the perch area and an enemy sneaks up on you

Late but How is Wrap Assassin C Tier? To me its not S Tier since you need to use the Projectile to make it good But it IS high A Tier because you have AOE Ranged attack that Bleeds the main target in a game mode focused on Melee

The developers made jarate non useable in medieval mode for the same reason that the gas passer isn’t useable in medieval mode (aside from the fact that 2016 valve forgot medieval mode even exists.), it wasn’t invented yet. Yes I’m not shiting you, the only reason you can’t throw piss at enemies is because the art of jar based karate (shortened to jarate) wasn’t invented until the events of the main tf2 game modes take place (the setting for medieval mode is that the mercs were sent back in time by marasmus and were prohibited from bringing any weapon that wouldn’t have been invented yet.)

I really hope we get some new medieval mode weapons after the bot crisis is sorted out. Iunno like, a fire staff for pyro, a firework cannon for soldier, a ballista for heavy, projectile-based magitek sentries, stuff like that.

DeDroots keep is very small too, it's probably because you can't rocket jump but still it could be the last point for a larger attack/defend type map

One thing I don’t like about classic is that the balancing is all over the place. People always say valve don’t know how to balance but with custom weapon and this shet, I’ll take valve balancing any other day. Being fun weapon doesn’t justify it to nuke the enemy unless it has high risk

The creators are also actively working on the balance of custom weapons too They nerfed the fire shotgun on pyro some times ago bc it was pretty busted with the other fire shotgun, and trying to balance that many weapon is not easy but they are trying Also u can rocket jump with the garbage man heavy, most fun i had with that class is jumping in switch to the double barrel then 2 shot à light class

I play trolldier a lot, even in normal matches and sooo much of what u said during the videos feels right Like when u have a bad game, but out of the blue u hit a sick garden and the match turn out amazing even if u lose or die a lot First video i watch from you, and i hope u will get more views, edit and quality is pretty damn high
